I just finished basecoating my soon-to-be-RWCS. I think they came out rather well, considering my current skill level (see this old thread for my last attempt a good while ago) and I swear, if I feth up this models after about 15h invested I'll go nuts. Still struggling with the edge highlights where I cant use the side of the bristles, but slowly getting better...
Besides the obvious critique and comment I'd like to discuss my next steps to finishing. The torsos aren't glued, but poster tacked on.

1. apply a gloss varnish to protect the miniatures
2. apply an black oil wash over the metal areas
3. if this works out, apply a blue oil washes to the white areas.
4. apply acrylic washes on the rest of the areas
5. carefully try to edgehighlight where appropriate (overbrush the gold areas)
6. glue torsos to the bikes
7. do the bases
8. apply a matt varnish
9. jump around like a small kid after working 40h on 3 models and having a satisfying result
