I think it's two of the same out of focus picture rotated on its side.

Anything else is difficult to determine.

Reminds me of Harold from Fallout 3. Pics are a bit too difficult to actually see anything. Can't pick out many of the details or anything.

The horn and wounds look nice, but the skin looks too chalky. Cover the entirety of the skin in Nurgle's Rot, and fix the hood.
