Took some time to do this, but it has been worth it. I Themed all of the bases to represent a strong point assault. Barbed wire broken at points prepped for assault.

bases were a lot of fun to do. I also stuck with the 1st Legion black for the robes.

Thanks Guys. The FW dread was a PAIN to put together, but is so worth it. In fact a lot of the good detail is hidden by the model itself. Legs have a lot of detail

Not true man. I really liked that landspeeder. And the way you damaged that decal on front looked perfect.
That's something I have not mastered. The broken decal look has evaded me.

That's very kind of you, I'm ok on vehicles, need to get my people (especially faces) skills up to scratch. You have set the bar, I shall aim to reach it.

Dude, these guys look amazing. I love the continuity on the bases, and every figure has amazing character. I hope my knights look this good when they are finished.

Really nice paint job! A few spots could benefit from a quick tidy up/correction but otherwise a wonderful unit! They haver a lot of presence.

Yea there were a couple areas I slipped with the detail brush. And to tell on myself, I airbrushed them with Badger paints and TBH I couldn't find a good line highlight color I liked so I John Wayne'd it.

Very good-looking models, dude. I'd be afraid to actually game with them for fear of messing up that sweet paint job!

The posing of the dreadnought makes it looks more imposing somehow, a nice touch!

I wish I had a better shot of that Dread's legs. It's on my gallery page as a WIP. Those FW models have SO much detail. They can be a real pain to flash and assemble, but dang are they worth it once they got color.
