Hello. This is my thread where I will post my future modelling and painting projects. I mostly play Mordheim and necromunda so here will be lots of pictures about Gang, Warband, City of the Damned and Hive City. Sometimes I might do something different.

Here is my Mordheim board what I built when started palying Mordheim 2011. I built it fast from cardboard. So now I have time to built more better buildings....

Houses are built from foamboard and wood. Miniatures are from Black Scorpion. Palm tree I made myself from bandage, sand, metal wire and paper.

This is my Cutlass game pirate crew...

Floors are removable. Every door have hinges on them. Even the small peeking hole in Inns door.

My next project is Mordheim Monument. I have just started it. More pics are coming real soon.

I am using foamboard and cardboard to this project. Heh, I am using foamboard and cardboard to my all building project.

On the right is original Monument from Mordheim box.

Meanwhile I was building this monument some Dwarfs showed up to my desk... I wonder where they are heading?

I have made more the Monument. It is only needing some details and paint job.

Sorry did'n find the right word describe what I have done. So let the picture tell for me.

Testing it... It fits.. I did not plan this. Just making on my way.


This is finished monument. It is going to get more details and paint job. It looks more grudge than orginal, but it is goin to fit to Mordheim just nice. Also I need to give it some watered down glue before painting it.

Unbelievably good terrain there, mind doing a tutorial?
Also nicely done miniatures you have there.

Thanks. I have tutorials on my blog. On bad thing it is written in Finnish. But you might want check the pics. There might be something helpful or interesting.

Yes I did paint these dwarfs.

Monument is ready to paint..



Also made some cover. Just some barrels, crates and sand. Little pit of a glue and... Done. Fast to built some cover to Mordheim just gluing some pits together.


Also made some wyrdstone counter.. Took about 15 minutes to make these.


Hopefully I'm posting next some painted terrain.

Thanks for the tutorial, I'll give it a read, I love the half barrel with water, I can never get it too look right.

I painted some green color inside in the barrel bottom then I did put some PVA glue (white) inside in barrel and let it dry over night. On morning its clear and looks like water and green shown under it.

I did get these from local shop.

I have made some new wyrdstone counters to Mordheim. I have written something about these on my blog!


It's easy to use some other leftovers to make cover for Mordheim!

Hey thanks! My new project... I give a hint.. It is about Mordheim! I have written more to my blog!

I have painted the first part with acrylic colors. This is maybe too clean? I might give some brown dry brushing to give dirt feel.

Those tiles look great! I think I might have to give that a try, were they just standard polystyrene tiles from an art shop or were they from something else?

I bought this foam from local hardware store. It size was 250 cm x 60 cm. So did cut it for four 60x60cm (2' x 2') pieces to gain this standard 120 cm x 120 cm gaming board. (4' x 4' )

One hole foamaboard cost about 5-10 euros. (~10£ ~15 dollars).

Loving all the Mordhiem but looking forward to you posting some more Necromunda soon. Your table set up looks nice

Liking the Necromunda terrain. Yeah, those furry hive monsters can be awfully hard on terrain and miniatures.
