Been working on these off and on for over 6 months (procrastination) but I decided to finish them at work. If you like them let me know I welcome all comments good bad or indifferent... but if not liked other than color let me know how I could have improved .... thank you

huh.

Never though about doing that.

I like it though, and the paintjob is also pretty great.

Very cool color scheme, my only thought is that if the base were more of an accent color the models themselves would "pop" more.

Some edging on the heads would do wonders to improve the already nicely done paint job.

Nice! what size magnets did you use?

wrist 1/16 x 1/16 ....Shoulders 1/8 x 1/16
from K&J magnetics .... the small ones are good for 1/10 lb and the 1/8 are good for a half lb.... so way over kill but nothing falling off I would use nothing but 1/8 for figures but the wrist were only 1/16 so the wrist were actually cut off and replaced with the magnets

I used ModiFX 2mmx1.5mm magnets in the shoulders on mine, they work great too (though I didn't magnetize the wrists because I don't like the sword loadout).

I like them and the idea of magnetizing them . I think that you need to modify a little you color scheme by adding either complementary colors of blue, like yellow, or by adding neutral colors like white grey or black to weapons. All in all they are a solid paintwork and a nice conversion.

Got milk?

All I can say about painting is that VMC tastes much better than VMA... especially black...

PM me if you are interested in Commission work.

I agree with the consensus that they look great - but you do need a bit of contrast with the bases.

The green matches the weapons too well - dark green or dark red on the rim of the bases would look much better I reckon.

Ok browned the bases and killed some of the grass.. may do a weapon highlight later...maybe

Those Bases work much better. Although a bit too flat perhaps? I think some rocks, pebbles or rubble to make the ground more uneven would make it better.
