since i like building and painting and rarely play i decided to build up the army i have always wanted (dwarves being my first choice) ...
these guys consist of Fantasy dwarf body's and heads .. and SM scout arms ...

they are about as long as the fantasy dwarf arms (the one with the axe is using the fantasy arms)

well got more of them finished ... one more squad to assemble and paint ... then i will have enough to try out a game with em ... till then, working on a display case for my shelf for the little guys.

I gotta say this is a much better use for dwarfs nowadays.
What faction ya gonna play them as to represent their dwarfishness? I know you said you hardly play but if you did, who'd ya play em as?

hmmm well i am most familiar with space wolves so that would likely be what i go with ... that or one of the custom codex that are out for the squats / demurig ... or from one of the HH books

what i am running into right now is there is a limited selection of weapons on sm scout arms .. so prob going to have to start some cutting and stuff to make the heavy weapons i want ... that and picking icons for the rhino and such that are not to much fantasyish
