Right, redid my list again now that I have enough models to actually legally field it! Please let me know if I've gotten points wrong or anything like that, cooked it up in BattleScribe rather than manually from the book.
Still going with a mix of the Angels of Vengeance successor chapter and Vanilla DAs and once again giving the chosen paint schemes and modelling/painting progress for those who are interested. Not a lot of progress on that front as I've been ill.
Still mostly a "master list" to build lists from, but did happen to "land" on about 2500 points total, which isn't HUGELY uncommon as far as a points limit apparently. Though I'd have to either clear that I'm a little bit over or sort out something like "Let's pretend my Vindicator has no Siege Shield".

Well, that about covers it! Next purchase will probably be the Dark Angels expansion (for a Deathwing Command Squad, filling up my Ravenwing Command Squad and one of the planes. That could end up being a repeat purchase as I grow my army) and/or a Land Raider Crusader/Redeemer for my Knights. Input is very much welcome, concerned about my Anti-Tank, that I screwed something up and which weapon to give the AOV Term squad (Actually have a whole topic about that and the question still seems to be coming to a draw) and Deathwing Libby. So thank you in advance for any input!

Don't believe me? It's all in the numbers.
Number 1: That's terror.
Number 2: That's terror.
Dark Angels/Angels of Vengeance combo - ???? - Input wanted!

i feel like this list is fine but could use some cleaning up asthetically such as removing things like bolt pistols and power armors. unless its something unusual even a free upgrade i dont care about what is listed there. a librarian only has power armor or tda if its not one its the other its just that simple

if you can cut 15 points somewhere you can buy a scout for the CAD team and bring your points down by 3, find another 5 and you can drop to 2500 which is the number i think your trying to achieve here.

the list has lots of nice things in it and im hapy to see you using a CAD instead of the overdone lions blunt

on the dreadnaughts, a better idea might be to go assault cannon/misslies, and then lascannon/fist, this lets you say buy some lascannon devestators/missle devestators and pair them off with the dreadnaughts (who should be squadron'd by the way you save an elite slot this way, you arent exactly using it but its an efficieny thing that saves paperwork and in the future dreads might get a squadron bonus, good to be prepared for such an event) the lascannon dreadnaught now serves double duty as a bs5 tank sniper that can smash enemies who decide to derp strike in with his fist. and this way if one dreadnaught is slain by the enemy you still keep one of those two big guns in play, missle launchers and lascannons are bigger weapons than you think on the table, especially late game when squads are all battered and rbuised and tanks are on their last legs for hull points. keeping guns in the fight longer wins games however it means you might not be able to dump missles and assault cannon shells in the same shooting phase but eh ces la vie.

i dont see how azreal fits into this list though i honestly dont blame you for failing to find a spot for him, hes a 215 point guy with a loadout so bloody lukewarm he might as well be a tactical marine in spirit. consider replacing him with something else (see dreadnaughts above for an idea) hes too slow to join assault marines because hed be walking, and hes too powerful to be wasting on tactical marines and scouts. my opinion is that if he isnt pairing off with veterans or bog standard terminators in a raider its probabl best to not bring him, he comes across as awkward

call me if you need me!:

You have no idea how much I hate playing ravenwing xD
The list is pretty strong and I think everything that has to be said has been said before... About azreal though, id put him in a LRC with a bunch of knights... It's usually good...

company veterans are also quite strong since they are about as tough (as armor saves dont mean much anymore) and can weild all kinds of weapons to account for inefficiencies of other marines in the squad, unlike the knights where basically everyone is the same and cant tackle unit types that are resistant to their seal clubs

DA army: 3500pts,
admech army: 600pts
