Chill, don't let others paint jobs discourage you. I know looking at many of these can be hard for me too. We all start as beginners though, we all make mistakes, and we all learn and improve at our own rate.

Remember, Even a simple painted army is a hundred times better than an unpainted one, or even a mostly bare one with one or two really good models.

I think this is probably the model I'm most proud of. It's a custom converted Ordo Xenos Inquisitor. I cobbled him together from random pieces. I'm particularly proud of the way the lenses appear to reflect. That's all painted on. Overall, this was a good skills challenge.

I've put a couple of views and also put some pre-primer coat shots so you can see how I did it. The base is cork and sand, if you're interested.
