Hello all, over the next 5 months i will be acquiring, building, and painting a Death Guard Legion between 2-4K points worth to be brought up toplay at Miniwargaming in late May-early June!! if over the course of this blog you have any questions on how or why i do things please feel free to ask! the blog will be updated as i get thing completed and unboxings!

so thats the basic rundown of this blog now im sure you want to see some of the first models of the Legion!

Little update finished an Apothecary and started work on the Predator as well as primed the Termies to get ready for basecoats more next Tuesday!!

Termies getting a highlight before the final highlight of Flayed One Flesh is applied then Red draping. A "little" box of stuff came and getting that prepped took up most of my free time, as well as shaving off Word Bearer icons on the Sicarian (previous owner) and the big boy is ready for GS filling before being primed.

Ok so I have a dilemma I got in my first batch of weather powders from Secret Weapon Minatures and started trying different combos and I'd like the communities input/ critiques since this is my first time using weathering powders. The colours used on the below mini are as follows Dark Earth-> Terracotta Earth-> Green Earth

In other news starting assembling some Renegade Milita Enforcers to go along with my Death Guard.

alright one DG contemptor dread ready to whoop on some loyalist scum! equipped with two twin-linked Volkite Culverins....which means this guys is pumping out 12 Str 6 Ap4 Deflagrate shots per turn at BS5 that re-roll 1's...ouch!!

I had fun painting him and went for a very dirty/ combat worn look for him the weathering powders turned out nice and so did the red volkite effect on the guns, overall im very pleased with my first contemptor that ive painted.

in other news the Devastators are up for priming and have already defaced the Imperial Aquilas on their wargear because Traitor Death Guard are best Death Guard. I have 5 Lascannon and 5 Multi-meltas for a little AT which foot-slogging DG need a lot of.

and just recently recieved my HH book 1 Betrayal from FW!! and its so very very nice...the backround lore on all the legions and campaign included are amazing to say the least however it does not come with rules for the Grave Wardens or Calas Typhon.
