Welcome back.

I hope you didn't miss me too much. I`m comming back with new collections to show you.
I`m expecially excited to present you these minis, because they achieved the highest notes on coolminiornot out of all my submitions so far (about 7.6 - 8.0) http://www.coolminiornot.com/artist/LukaszZelazek

I wonder how DakkaDakka community will like them. Infinity player base seems to be growing really fast (judging from European tournaments and commissions which I receive) so there may be some fans here as well.

People are also asking me if I wrote any tutorials, however they don't specify what they are interested in. If there is anything you find in my paintings that will intrigue you and you wanna know how I did that please let me know. I`m happy to answer in a form of tutorial.
I`ve been thinking about making a tutorial about painting unassembled models, what allows for better access to all areas and eliminates danger of splashing or spraying paint on nearby elements. That's how it looks. Are you interested?

Hello.
Thanks for noting my improvement with non metallic metals Insaniak. I`m glad you like it, because Tohaa have very complex armours with irregular shapes (unlike PanO) so your note means a lot.

I managed to break through the magical 8.0 barrier on coolminiornot with Kotails: http://www.coolminiornot.com/395914?browseid=14688647
Thank you all who voted if you managed to find the link to my CMON profile on this forum.

Here is a next portion of photos of the first part of Tohaa commission.

I've never been in love with the tohaa aesthetic, but you are definitely making me rethink that. Your painting on these is exquisite.

Your NMM work is astounding, really remarkable group of Tohaa you've got going there! Like privateer, I'm no fan of the aesthetic with that range of minis but you've really made them an eye catching bunch!

Hello. Privateer and Scrub, big thanks for nice comments. I`m happy that my slight tweaking of the original color scheme was welcomed so enthusiastically. Who would have thaught that blue clothes and shiny blue gems on the weapons can change the reception so much, beside me.

Last part of the first part of the artichokes collection.

At the end of the post I attached a (rare for my galleries) group photo of the entire commission. Now that you can see entire playable set tell me, would you like to play with such a dynamic and harmonious army?
If you are bored playing with naked metallic models and would like me to paint your collection check out my offer: http://lukaszzelazek.com/painting-service/

I`m getting close to finnishing my savage beasts. Maybe I will set up some battle report against these ignorant rebels, who do not comprehend the great plan of Evolved Intelligence. On a bright side, their owner understood it, he is starting a Combined Army collection. So much CA in Warsaw. What does it mean?

I received a lot of positive feedback after publishing Tohaa collection. I`m glad but I knew I can paint even better. What I`ve shown you was not the peak of my proficiency.

Today I want to show you one of my best, if not the best set of miniatures I have ever painted. The second tranche of Tohaa. I became more familiar with the Tohaa incredible detailing and could just flow with the painting process.

Even today it`s very questionable whether or not I can paint better than this. It will take me some time until I'll make a jump on a higher level like I did between ALEPH and Tohaa.

Enjoy some nice colors splashed accurately.

Hi,

I`m presenting you today the remaining Makaul and Kumotail with Chakasa. All of these are amazing sculpts and it was very satisfying to bring out all those details with bright colors.
Kumotail is the last female figurine from Tohaa collection, so there will be no more eyelash lines to admire for you.

Almost all that`s left is tough and manly.

Hello,

here is a new update. How do you like more grim and menacing looking Tohaa models?
Personally, I was amazed by the Spec Ops Hatail and Gao-Tarsos sculptures. It`s really stunning, when you think that these models were casted using hand sculpted minis as templates. Ethernal rescpect to the talented sculptor.

I`m glad you enjoy them Pacific.

This is the conclusion to Tohaa collection. I hope you like the color scheme and painting quality.

Today on the other hand, it`s not about painting level and shading but about how absolutely adorable the little Tohaa Symbios are.
I wanted to overdo the cuteness of the scultps and painted them eyes of Puss in boots from Shrek.
