well thanks, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't too busy, and I was hoping the standard i painted (i made it from a piece of paper) fits with and doesn't look disjointed. I was told by someone who is extremely critical that the parchment color doesn't work, but i thought it looked pretty good. therefore, i sought a second opinion

Eh. Aesthetics is a matter of taste. I think the paper banner looks kinda retro, which I happen to love. But it certainly draws the eye, which is what a banner is supposed to do. I say good job, mate.

cool thanks, i was torn between sculpting one an making it out of paper. the idea is that it is a piece of parchment, so im not sure a think piece of green stuff or sculpey would be ideal.
