Hello all,
Thanks to everyone for the responses. Was a real labor of love trying to make a true conversion and not just slapping bits together.
Right now a small part of the rats are on display in the Tokyo games workshop in Harajuku. Here are a few more photos the manager took when I brought them in. I still have to finish the Warp-Tide (ran outa paint ><!) but will try and get those photos soon.

Really dig them! They look awesome. Great blend of steampunk madness and near future mecha tech. They give a really awesome shogunate vibe as well, at least, to me. Looking forward for a Riptide or such!
