Here's the current state of my chaos giant, aptly named Stompy. I decided to do a kind of duel scene with him, where he's attempting to stomp on some opponent or another (that's as yet undecided). I have to say, it  was a ton of work to get him to this point. There's more putty there than plastic by weight! Not only did I decide to reposition the leg, but I also wanted him to be more upright, so I added about 1/2" between his diaper and belly. That meant that I had to fill out the belly bottom and underpants to make it all look good. He looks much cooler/dramatic with his 3 arms attached. They'll be glued on soon, but I have some puttying on his neck, head, and face to do beforehand. He's too awkward to work with when the arms are on. I'll get some more for ya when he's ready for paint. What do 'ya think? Anything that looks glaringly wrong at this point that I could fix before it's too late?

DAMN! That looks really good. Is there any chance you can get that third arm on so we can see the overall effect?

I will post some pics once he's ready for primer. I don't have too much to go. I want to update the chest/shoulder musculature to make the 2nd left arm flow better. Plus I wanna scult some hair & scales on him in various places. I also haven't decided what to have him stomping on. I think it'll be an ungor, or a dwarf slayer. I have to think through what theme I want a bit more. Thanks for the feedback guys!

Me like. But are you going to do something to reinforce the leg that touches the ground? Otherwise i fear it may be rather fragile (presuming you're going to play with it )

Very nice blending of the Green Stuff.

Perhaps make the underside of the upraised hoof anatomically correct, and add a little extra musculature where the third arm joins the back?

And...I can see mold lines!

Alright, the conversion work is about done at this point. He'll have some extra bits & pieces once painting is completed. For now, I gotta get to workin' on the base! Here's some updated pics. There's more pics in the gallery section of my BoC website (http://www.thewildherd.com).

wow, the detail on the happy trail.... wow.

but yea, constructive advice... i like the stomping pose, this may be a bit of a pain, but i think it'd help if you kinda angle the foot more upwards, like as if we was more stomping with his heel, eh i'm just nitpicking hehe but i think it'd look better

Up your nose with a rubber hose.

Do I spy a third nipple?

This may be my favorite giant conversion to date. Good stuff.

Looking excellent so far. The extra musculature for the arm is an often overlooked and very nice touch.

Just to be a pain, I'd probably say that the extra arm should possibly have been on the other side, to balance out the raised leg pose a little better... but obviously it's a little late for that

Great concept, and well-executed! If possible, I'd like to see a bit more mass on that third pectoral, rather than just having it look vestigial.

I love the scale work, particularly the stuff you'd done along his right side. And insaniak is spot on - the extra muscle work on the shoulder really makes it pop out.
