Woohoo, finally finished my Yncarne after about 6 months. I decided to trim off the silly horn and paint it in Wraithbone colours (honestly, pink is Slaanesh's colour :p).

Really like the different look, good job. IMHO I would have kept with the Fire colors instead of going to greens for the face just seems off.

I think that the colour balance is slightly off the face is actually light grey. Personal taste I suppose but it is the same colour I use on the faceplates of my Guardians and Farseer so it ties in to the rest of the army. I can see why a fiery face would work well too.

Never liked that model much, but it is better without the horn. Great job on the gems!

I really like the autumnal color scheme. I also agree that removing the horn is an improvement.
