So, feeling like its time for a new project, and I've fancied starting a collection of filthy xenos for a while now... I'm hoping that by starting a separate plog for these guys it'll keep things ticking over, separate from my Inq28/Necromunda/Terrain work.

Here's the plan -

- To build a dark eldar collection which (eventually) will be enough for a small game of 40K, say 1000-1200 points
- Every model will be unique, and every model converted in some way, large or small
- To explore the really dark bits of fluff around the residents of Commorragh - think hideous experiments and cynical brutality, rather than space elves in black-painted armour
- Total budget of ~£75, so there'll be plenty of eBay junk lots to work with, and scratch building of vehicles in particular.

To get things started, I've ordered about £20 worth of stuff from eBay and cleared out the "Elves/Eldar" section of my Bitz box, and here's my hoard o'bitz (with a few more in the post)... this should be fun!

Made a start on my first couple of creations, two hellions and 3 warriors. Just the basic chop 'n' glue so far, still plenty of GS to do and bitz to add, but hopefully you get the idea...

Proof that I'm still alive and building Dark Eldar... Slowly does it. Don't have paint scheme pics yet but I've just about done the first couple of warriors.
