Hey everyone,
I've been mostly away from warhammer for quite a few years now. Only randomly tinkering with my models a bit here and there for fun. Recently however, my wife and I decided to start getting back into the hobby together. We each picked an army (I'll probably end up making a few lol), Eldar for her and Death Guard/Nurgle/Chaos for me.
I'm going to start posting some shots of my developing Plague Army in this thread, hopefully this is the correct place for this, I will likely share some other work in separate threads as well as we progress.
I'm always interested in any feedback, suggestions, or anything else that anyone has to offer!

So here's a few of my current projects to start:
My version of a DeathGuard Plagueburst Crawler
It includes the necessary weaponry, tanks of pestilence, loads of Nurgly grossness and a daemon fused into its hull controlling the whole foul contraption.

I wanted to include some Foul Blightspawn in my army with their awesome plague sprayer and tank of pestilence. I was inspired by this unit but wasn't to interested in the stock model for it, unlike many of GWs other beautiful new models. So I set out to create two unique versions of my own. I dove through my old bits boxes and picked out two other interesting GW Nurgle figures and got to work.

Here's my interpretation of two Death Guard Foul Blightspawn so far:

A Deamonic Slug-like Beast of Nurgle
A foul diseased concoction of papa Nurgle's design that bounds across the battlefield like a many legged horrifying puppy. It has no eyes, but instead tracks its prey through an array of nostrils and other sensors. It has evolved over milenia to serve its master and sniff out those in need of Nurgle gifts.

@KernelTerror thanks I really appreciate that! I'm glad you're liking some of my work so far. I will definitely add some more shortly and am really excited to paint this army! I've always been bad at finishing my armies and not getting distracted with other projects, but this one is too awesome not to finish! (At least that's what I can tell myself right? lol)

Been working on these guys a bit, more pics to come soon. In the mean time I've got something new... my version of Nurgle Chaos Spawn. I'm currently working on a set of 3 of them. I've been building them up from dark elf cold ones that I had lying around

@Boss Salvage - Thanks!!

Been feeling pretty inspired to keep working on this army lately. So I finally got my Noxious Blightbringer completely painted as my first paint scheme test for the rest of the Deathguard Marines. I've only been painting him off and on for a few months now
I'm pretty happy with my results, need a bit more improvement of course, but not too shabby for my first finished model in about a decade... if I do say so myself hahaha
Now to finish painting that Beast of Nurgle and continue the rest of the army (which I need to show you guys some pictures of still haha)
