This is one of the many Kill Teams I've been working on. Pretty simple, I just wanted to get these guys up to a quick table top standard. This is the first time I've worked with transfers and I am not looking forward to doing it again!

Yeah transfers are a pain and a half. Good work on these guys though! Very solid throughout, and those are nice skin tones on the one marine with... you know, skin showing.

Thank you. I had to do the transfers twice; the first ones turned out garbage and I just couldn't get them to sit down. I ended up getting a bottle each of Micro Set and Micro Sol and I honestly don't know how you're supposed to use transfers on curved surfaces without them.

Transfers, I hate them. I have a lot of Ultras waiting for their transfers.
NIce work. I really like the Reivers mini, I don't like to use them but I painted a couple of them and I really like them.
Well done also the Sargeant.

If you don't have a set of Micro Set and Micro Sol I very highly recommend them for doing transfers. Trying to do them with and without was a night and day difference and I never would have gotten them to sit down without using them.
I really like the Reivers as well, they are great sculpts. I think they are my favorite out of all the Primaris variants. And they're also really fun to paint because they're set up very intelligently to provide nice clear lines and plenty of space to work with.
Thanks!

Thank you! I just wanted to keep them simple and quick. I think it's great that the Primaris models lend themselves so well to a simple paint job and that the sculpts carry so much of the work. If I were to recommend some models to a beginner painter it would be easy to endorse these.
