So I was inspired by the brilliant mind of Xanthos and his great custom model for UR-025, and quickly whipped up my own concept based on his creation. I know it's super basic and rough, but would you guys know of parts that could replicate the shape of the fat upper body part, the power fist arm, and the human body?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure how big the model is supposed to be, but the general aesthetic of the torso reminds me a lot of the Chaos Decimator from Forge World, with its oversized shoulders. You might also want to look at the Ad-Mech battle robots (not sure of names) and the Knight Armiger models, again depending on how big you are aiming.

As for the power-fist, its very much like the Venerable Dreadnought so I would start there. Dreadnoughts in general should be your first port of call.

The legs and the gun are the hardest part, but I would say, again depending on size, maybe the killa kans or Deff Dread kits would be your best bet. The gun especially, as the big shoota from the Kans is almost a perfect match, although maybe a heavy stubber from Imperial Guard could be better again depending on size.

Any number of Cryx warjacks from PP would fit the bill:

You can even get bits individually: https://store.privateerpress.com/games/warmachine?dir=desc&faction=174&order=price&pp_model_part_card_type=5965

Sorry for the size of the images - their webstore is a bit poo in this department.

Based on the link below, I assume this model is supposed to be Marine-sized?

I doubt you'll be able to make something nicelooking cheaper/easier than aquiring the Blackfortress Model from ebay et al.

That is, unless you make or find a suitable 3D model and print it on a resin printer.
