Wanted some advice - I just opened a pot of Runelord Brass from Games Workshop and the texture is far from right!

It's an unopened pot - I shook it up and cracked the seal only to find it hadn't shaken at all. Still exactly as it was, with the liquid separated on top. I tried shaking it again and it didn't move a jot.
I stirred it and it just started spewing this brass coloured stuff with the texture of scrambled eggs.
I tried to stuff that back into the pot and stir it in but it just came up again.

Any ideas what the fork is happening?

I mean, this pot has been on my rack for a while, but it has never been opened, so...?

Is there a way to save this, or do I just need to get in touch with GW?

When did you buy it, is there a possibility you could return it?

I don't remember tbh, but it would be way outside any 30 day return window. Still. in the past, GW have been good about replacing faulty paints from what I know.

Take it in like that. You can see from the pot lid that it's fresh opened. They might give you a replacement.

Hmmmm. Why does this appear to be something that only seems to happen with brass coloured paint (PP had the same issue with Brass Balls one time IIRC)? Just take it back and they'll swap it.

GW might be crappy with a lot of things but customer service is not one of them.
