I am not seeing it. Maybe you do? Ignore the pilot still working on him.

I could paint the feet. And the body gun's casing. And the gun.

Those are to be done I guess.

Under the couch

Needs the gun barrels drilled!

The colour scheme is fine, I think, although the blue is a little rough. Is that Contrast?

Mostly it just needs more detail. Paint the flamer cowling with gold or a dark grey (or try out a heat stress effect if you're feeling adventurous) , pick out the ammo feeds in gold/brass, maybe darken up the weapon barrels.

Getting the base done will make a difference overall, as well. Models never look properly finished with unfinished bases!

Yup that's contrast with a draconoff nightshade and a filth wash over it. I wanted it rough and dark. They are not parading. they are fighting behind the enemy lines. Taking damage and dealing it. They are supposed to be night raiding spacewolves of the darker scheme not that sky cloudy blue color.

Too much of the same silver. Might use a darker tone for the guns or something. Or weather.distress them.

Doing the base will go a long way to getting it looking finished. Right now it’s a sea of grey, and the base is a big part of that.

Some transfers/chapter makings/purity seals would also help break things up and add some spot color.

Not to be a dick, but it's missing...about seventeen other colours. Details, contrast, washes, etc.

It looks like you just primed it and slapped some blue on. What's the scheme you're going for?

It needs a third colour. Something to compliment or contrast the blue.

Plus your base isn't done, so do that and I bet you'll see it in a better light.

Lack of color on the left side is making it look incomplete because its the same color as all the metal.

Its also a ton of silver and nothing to break it up.

It honestly needs a second color. I can't tell if its bare plastic or the most dull silver I can imagine.

Id say add some gold/brass accents to the "roll cage" and trim. There is a tutorial on WH TV on how to do brass. Its very easy and looks great.

I don't know where to start. It looks like GW started making a big Exo Squad character from the cartoon and simply didn't finish the model.

1. The legs are too small and insubstantial to support...
2. ....all of the armor it's missing. Seriously, it's like there's another half sprue of armor plating that needs to go on there.
3. The boob guns look funny. What's wrong with a shoulder-mounted TL stubber?
4. It looks like a Transformer halfway through its sequence. All it needs are doors hanging off the shoulders and some wheels on the legs and back. "Bob started making a marine dune buggy and Joe started making a new dreadnought. Let's save money and combine the assets into one model."
5. The sidearm is superfluous.
6. The foam padding on the roll cage is comical.
7. It should be 1/3 the size and be on a 40 or 50mm base as a GSC forklift power suit.

1) The pilot is painted in the same silver as the rest of the model.
2) The Heavy Bolter casing is just silver.
3) Why so much silver??

i) Pick a base colour (yes even silver works)

ii) Pick an accent colour, this should ideally be either 1:1 with the base or have the base 2:1 with the accent

iii) Pick a spot colour to help draw the eyes to specific areas

iv) Finally break any silver areas with a dark colour (generally black)

v) Edge highlights, they don't have to be bold and brash but the help define the edges and stops the paintjob looking flat.

vi) Just a piece of future advice, don't glue or otherwise permanently affix parts together if they're going to obscure/impair painting (that pilot will be deeply unpleasant to paint)

I haven't touched the pilot or the heavy bolter yet.
The arms, legs, weapons and pilot are all detachable from the cockpit.

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

It's just the lack of palette, especially with the weapons.

You've got a silver ammo box, from which silver bullets are trailing up to a silver gun. Paint the brass on the shells... well... brass. Paint the ammo box blue to match the armour. Dirty up the gun barrel.

Throw some darker blacks on there to break up the silver.

I did a few touch ups. I feel what I have done has improved the model. I magnetized a few bits. I fake drilled those tiny barrels too. Not going to go any deeper then that less I ruin the guns. Here have some pics.

Looks a bit better. You seem to be "Chasing the dragon". Did you have a complete colour palette/vision before you started painting the model? I mean did you have a mental picture in your head? One of the toughest things to do is start painting a model if you don't know where you're going. It almost never works.

Do you have a chapter colour scheme you're doing? The red looks like you just got bored and threw it on there. Does it symbolize anything in your chapter? Do you have a picture you're going off of?

Darker night raiding spacewolves sorta theme. And nope I went in blind. I color schemed it to match the rest of my army. But i got stuck on what to do with the parts i left silver in bvb the first pics. I think they're called chevrons or something. This is my first attempt at adding them. My first attempt looks just bad I am tempted to strip those shoulder panels and redoing it. I also did not want all three of the models having the exact same paint jobs. So I can look at the table and tell them apart.

If you are good at converting, I'd consider adding armor to the roll cage. A plastic sheet on the low third and then transparent plastic on the other two and the roof. It would look less goofy.

Also, try using some dark silver/gunmetal color in the structural parts of the model, like legs and armor plating. Only movable parts/gun barrels and details could remain clear silver.

The silver color is not the best color to use as prevalent color unless you add a ton of other colors to break the dullness. Take the Gray Knights as an example.

And I'd recommend against adding any white stars or red stripes to it, otherwise, it would look like if Tony Stark made Captain America a new toy to play with.

I have a primaris redemptor dreadnought. It came with a second door thing I used that on my invictor "captain" guy. I also gave him a custom captain Morgan pose. That's about as much converting I have done so far. I was thinking of adding a couple wolf tail bits to spacewolf him up. But I have to go through my spare bits bag for those parts. And figure out where to place them.

I got an idea for the third one. I might try doing a checker board pattern for one of the shoulders or for all the off panels.
