Well them doing plastic would've taken even longer I think and I wouldn't have been possible with the budget they were on now, I'm even surprised they got this far before putting the models on sale.

And oh wait, while I can add more minis to my pledge, I'll still have to wait for them all in one go, because Wolfenstein still isn't available. Bleh.

How can they go on "general sale" if we don't have them yet.

Maybe they're out of money? Or maybe they felt they've waited long enough with these and wanted to make more money? Or maybe they wanted to get some of these out the door before they kicked off their next Kickstarter in a few weeks, to show that they can deliver models?

I can't believe how indifferent I've become when they release an update.

Yeah ... good for you I guess? Still waiting for any of my miniatures. Bla Bla Bla.

See you in 2 months with another Bla Bla Bla update.

..what was snarky about BrookM's post? Sounded genuine to me. They actually admitted in the update they are getting low on cash...

I would be tempted to add that IE sniper to count-as Vindicare or something but... I am not very motivated to do so.

Well I had to add a couple of Mechs now I've seen the full (and final final detail), as well as the cyberzombies I regretted not being able to afford earlier

I'm not surprised they've finally decided to sell some of the finished stuff

and as long as they stick to minis backers could have had if they'd paid for the appropriate split shipping I'm only mildly annoyed

This latest update wasn't all that bad. Well, they saved the fapping for their first in a long time official newsletter this time round, where they posted KS feedback to promote the upcoming sale of the minis.

That appears to be the plan right now. Sucks for the people who are getting everything in one wave though.

I'm more worried about the 10 or so boxes of troops of mine...

What's up with the southern Europe. I just preordered some stuff from Avatars of War and it took them two weeks to finally acknowledge the order and give me an option to pay for it.

Troops are shipping shortly, or at least some of them are, so you are maybe a little bit in the clear. It's what comes afterwards that may be moving into the iffy territory.

Hey, what could possibly go wrong?

Though it does explain why they need to do a new KS before the other one has been finished. But hey, you can't rush art!

Awww, come on man, after Robotech and Alien versus Predator this thread also needs to get in on the whole "ze sky eez falling!" trend that the others have gone, or are still going through.

So 8-12 weeks out for everything else should put us at Feb/March ish for Wave 3 people. I'll be glad to get these in hand. Hopefully all of the lessons were learned from this KS for the next ones. I'm not happy with the delay but the models they produce are pretty sweet.

No worries, they'll be kicking off another Kickstarter soon, the funds of that will no doubt partially be funnelled into the completion of this one.

Christ, why am I getting emails announcing the release of 13 miniatures? Do they realise they just made me aware of the fact that after all this time they've got sweet FA to show for it and convinced me not to back the Dark Elves KS?

I got the first wave freebies (Flutterby Lulu, Charlie, Drusilla, Jinx, Harry, Natasha the Com Operator), Cruz, Mimi the Radio, One Shot Blondie (x2), Shashenka, Tania, The Lulus, Vera Krabbenhoft, and Yoko(x2).

No warping or bubbling, no casting problems at all. Which led me to an interesting question: are the resin and metal molds different? I saw people who had problem with the resin Cruz having a mold line across her eye. I got the metal one, and the mold line is super faint, but doesn't cross over that eye at all. (Unless there is no mold line and I'm only imagining the super faint one.
