I’d like to make a warboss Grimskull mini for my orks. Grimskull was the warboss in the game Space Marine. I looked the look of his character in the game and would like to kitbash my warboss to look like him. Has anyone done this?

I think your best bet js starting with a Meganob as the base and going from there-- maybe finding an engine bit for the back.

Two options I can think of, either start out with the Soulgrinder torso and work your way around that.

Something like this.

2nd option would be go with Artel W's Iron Boss and go from there.

I'd convert the AOS megaboss which is big enough for a proper Warboss and shouldn't require high skills. A regular meganob is too small.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I’m thinking about using the arms from the old Ghazghkull model (combo shoots and power klaw) because I’ll be updating to the new model here eventually. As for the engine, I’m thinking about finding a small block engine from a model car set and use a straw for the exhaust. The body is going to be the most challenging part though as he doesn’t have a whole lot of armor.
