Hey everyone! I’m looking to make an aspiring champion for my kill team and I found this image online, which I would like to try and replicate to a degree. Thing is I can’t find where the legs are from anywhere, please someone help me out and knows where they’re from? I’ve tried to contact the person who made it but I can’t seem to do it, thanks for the help!

My first thought is that it looks to be 3D printed with chaos accessories added, or it's been hand sculpted.

Ah damn, I definitely recognise the hand and banner are chaos bits but was hoping the legs were also existing bits

Agreed. There's a few recognizable bits in there (backpack, arms, shoulders, head), but the legs and torso are most likely sculpted. That said, you might be able to get away with using some plague marine models as a base, just remove the nurgley bits.
