Hey guys, is anyone on here able to do transfer sheet printing? And if so, is it possible to do printing with white ink?

I'm writing a pre-heresy era story which is set in a ship containing a representative member of each of the eighteen legions who collectively get into some unusual scrapes. I've decided to model each of the astartes representatives, as well as other characters and members of the ship's crew, and have come up with a kind of squad marking that I'd like to turn into a transfer to put on the shoulder pads of each astartes. The design I've created is too complicated for me to paint free hand, so being able to print it off on a sheet of transfer paper would be ideal, if that's possible?

The place I used to work had a laser printer that could print transfers, but it could only do normal colour (CMYK) laser printing and wasn't able to print white (e.g. white ink onto transfer paper, black paper, etc.), but there was an addon that could be purchased that could handle that - though at great cost!

I'm wondering if anyone on here has access to a digital laser printer that is able to do that kind of printing, or has suggestions for where to go to get a single sheet of such transfers printed that isn't going to cost the earth or have stupidly high minimum print runs. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm in the UK, btw, so businesses in the States/EU nations/elsewhere probably aren't an option...

You can get white transfer paper and cut out your design.

Hmm, could do, but the design is quite intricate on some versions of the transfer, so cutting out the areas that need to be transparent could be quite fiddly... Also, I don't have access to the printer at my old work any more, so this is also kind of a general printing enquiry.

If anyone has access to such a printer and would be willing to print for me, as long as the cost isn't crazy, I'd be very appreciative.

Can you paint a white circle or square on there befor applying the decal the. You can still use transparent.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Not if I want the effect I'm going for. The actual PNGs I've designed have a thin white stroke around the chain motif and the skull motif, with transparency in between the chain and the skull. The logos will mainly be going on a pale blue background (on shoulder pads), but may be on knee pads or shin guards, so could be on various different colours depending on the legion. There may be certain legions I'd rather not have white circles painted on their armour. I'm not sure, though...
