Nice! That's one way to go. Maybe because I am insane, I intend to make 15 of every mek gun option (clearly I am insane), but this works really well, too. Probably better than my idea, actually. Hmmm.

Actually Warboss_Waaazag your idea sounds awesome, you can never have enough big guns! KaBoomy!
@ jonny5 Alot of addition, Kannon and Zapp are from the Battlewagon, the lobba is mainly from Bomber left overs, the wheels are biker wheels, and the gun shield is custom and the turn table is a top off a oil barrel.

Really interesting Orks so far. I'm very impressed with the kustomization and the wasteland look. Where do you get (or how do you make) all the heads with goggles and hoods?
Keep 'em coming! I love it.

Thanks for the words and comments guys.
I have been working on the Mek gun unit, they need a little more work but here is the progress with the 5 gun carriages, the 4 with the turn tables are going to be the kannon/Zzap/lobbas.
Really didn't like the standard gun shield so that is where the main work has gone.
Thanks!

Great work! I don't know how this thread has escaped my attention until now. All those conversions...you're a more ambitious man than I. Love Rooster and the use of hair beyond the simple topknot that the odd boy has. Takes me back, that does.

I love this. Disappointed I'd somehow missed it up to this point.
Also like that someone else is playing with more "upright" Orks like the ones I'm in the process of converting. They really do get an entirely different kind of menace once they're not so comically hunched over with their heads sticking out of their chests.

Thanks for comments fellas.
Been back to converting after what seems a long time! I almost forgot how annoying it is to drill metal models by hand!
pic -
I managed to pick the Gorkamorka boss for £3 as it was damaged, always want to do something with him, and I guess I came up with this
Take it easy.

Fearless converting, imaginative and technically so well done, all the time keeping the almost comedic vibe of orks. A near perfect ork army. I check this thread daily so please keep it coming
