Yep that will work just fine for dreadball, imo

I've been hinting of trying out dreadball, I just tried kings o war this weekend, love mantic games so far, but hid models lack so much. This might just get me to buy the dreadball set.

LOL, Theo your mind is an amazing place, never change.-camkierhi 9/19/13

Dreadball is awesome, highly recommend it Theophony. I like the Dreadball models (I have every team now /facepalm) but I don't love them and can see why you wouldn't - especially the original restic formula. It bears mentioning that season 3 is a lot better due to the new restic forumla so you might want to give them a look. Eisenkern <3 however. Ergo... ; )

My modeling skills are poor, but the kits Mark made, down to individual hand poses... have to reiterate how good they are and how awesome an idea the accessory kits were.

So I decided I couldn't wait until I got my Black Widows. These will probably stand in as Stormtroopers, of the Inquisitorial kind, even if HBMC says I can't

I incorporated parts from Statuesque, WGF's Russian set, Hasslefree guns and DFG parts, for the most part, of course. The Statuesque heads appear a bit small, but they give a "power armoured" feeling to the minis, which might make convincing Adepta Sororitas.

Cheers! GS and glue curing atm, will upload one more shot once it's primed, then maybe again when the team is finished.

Damn fine job, the heads and weapons completely change the feel of the minis and go really well with the Eisenkern bits. So much better than GWs offerings in that area it's not funny. Great lighting on the third pic shows them off well. The bodies still look a bit chunkier than I find ideal for female troops, but in reality it's probably much closer than the vast majority of female minis anyway and they do look good. It's much more obvious in the last pic with the side on shot of the kneeling fem ST, it just doesn't look quite right for some reason. Could just be the angle though, the rest all look fine imo.

Nope, you're right about that. The head is smaller than the Russian ones, and the ponytails really bulk them out just okay. This one doesn't have any. (only 2 on the sprue of 4)

I think Statuesque announced that they (he) plans to release heroic scale female heads. Not sure on the release date but I'm looking forward to them.

IMO, that would make them a smidge too big. I actually like that "plasma gunner" more and more as I look at her.

Finaly doing some work on my Crusader/ World eaters Contemptor.

Sorry for the bad pic quality, had to rake it with my phone, my Camera is out...

A really outstanding model!, lots of pieces, some of them arn't that simple to put together like the waist pistons.

Also the little pistons on the heel of the Crusader is a tad too short, because in a given position, while not be forced in, the pistons comes out.

I'm really satisfied of this model.

Does anyone have a 15mm Leviathan, a Dreadknight and or dreadnought - for a scale shot?

Keep sying things like that and some anime will be produced called "Knight Titans; Beautiful radical machine" or something like that

"Your mumblings are awakening the sleeping Dragon, be wary when meddling the affairs of Dragons, for thou art tasty and go good with either ketchup or chocolate. "
Dragons fear nothing, if it acts up, we breath magic fire that turns them into marshmallow peeps. We leaguers only cry rivets!

So the next question is does someone have a 15mm Levi next to a Contemptor and a DreadKnight?

If so, can that person give me budgeting tips on how to afford such minis? Well, we know which of the three is the most affordable, at least.

DreamForge-Games is now open for Bidnez

http://www.dreamforge-games.com just got a major face lift... and product. Yeah that's right for the first time in a few years... things you can buy ;P I know, strange right?

It has been a very long time since I had a workable storefront. I have relied on the freeware shopping carts to get things done but sadly I am no HTML expert and it was sorely neglected.

This time around I went with a much more user friendly back end and a snazzy theme with all the bells and whistles. You should be able to view and use this site on your phone or PDA, which is a huge improvement over the old website.

I hope you enjoy the look and feel as much as I do, so stop in, pick up some plastic crack and have a look around.
