Love the sons of malice stuff, my favorite chaos chapter. Just a general question not looking for a commission but how far booked in advance are you usually?

Great stuff as always.

Thanks guys! He is in a lot of pictures. I lost him (go figure!) for a couple months but he is back. It was a funny story you can find on a picture of him on my instagram if you feel like reading it.

Thanks again!

Two lovely armies! Is this an older photo, or do you still have both these armies?

The WAAGHING Dead!

Hey all!

A special treat this time around, not something you see every day. This army is 100% comprised of Titan Forge undead Orcs and Goblins. Amazing sculpts and one of the most fun armies I have ever painted. They have a lot of old school character, and I channeled a lot of my love for older games such as Ultima Online into the palette.

More images here.

In case you are new around here, I often run contests on social media for...well, whatever you want! This lucky winner on Instagram chose a Knight in Gerantius colors. I took that and made it a bit unique, with some damage, missing face plate, and added some checkers.

These models are not so intimidating once you paint a dozen of them, and the top and shoulder plates are a lot of fun to do a lot of blending and shading on. Looking forward to the four Terryn Knights I have lined up for next fall.

Want to win some stuff and see what I am up to on a daily basis? Be sure to follow on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook!

Hey all!

Just a little something I have been messing on while other projects dry. All scratch built from plastic stock. Having a little terrain piece or two laying around to put paint on while stuff is drying is fun, and it's good for army photography, too!

Also, just in case Toy Story is real.

I have been wanting to get some of those transfers for a while now, but my overall experience with decals is pretty... crappy... which is not the case for your crap house

anything special secret to not making them look like transfers?

Just be sure to seal well over them is all. Over models I would use decal transfer and some other stuff, but on terrain, a good seal before and after is just fine. Those decals are super thick too.

So gifted , amazing ability to bring out a vibrant color. All of the models are also very crisp, look so real.

Incredible work.

Hey all!

Very excited for this update - a new Space Hulk set! It seems to be tradition around here that by chance once a year about the same time I get a Space Hulk in the schedule. I am always happy to oblige as the models are wonderful, and the Tyranid skin is always hand mixed and a good exercise in color matching.

I took the opportunity to have a little fun with the title images. This isn't really an army, so regular terrain wouldn't do. It seemed fitting to display the game in the appropriate setting - a dimly lit room with drinks and snacks, in the middle of a game. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I did painting the models and setting them up.

Hey all!

I recently ran a couple of Twitter giveaways for people that followed. I enjoy full armies and that is one reason I do them exclusively, but the prizes are a nice change of pace to do a big model. Let's face it, anyone given the choice of any GW model painted to their specifications is going to pick a large model!

The color scheme is to match his existing army. It is cream for the animals, and green with yellow accents on the troops. The wings were done in solid white to match his demigryphs, with a bright orange behind to throw in some nice color. Very proud of this prize and looking forward to the winner's reaction!

That is incredible. Such richness of colour, such detail! I would like to see it on a plainer background - the town you've painted is also so richly coloured it fights with the model for attention!
