No wonder the Mag Guard is going to get its own silhouette. That thing looks huge!

I´m pretty glad that I already play Haqqislam or I´d have to start that faction soon... Looking great.
Sad thing though that the new CA stuff looks amazing too...

I got out of Combined Army right before the Morats were re-done. And I've been able to avoid going back.

But, the new faction for Combined looks pretty gorgeous.

Stupid Infinity and making me collect 4 factions. And an extra sectoral here and there.

That's how such a small scale skirmish game stays alive.

Gotta keep the cool models coming out.

New rules.
Explanation of the N3 rules of Command Tokens

Summary:

* You get 4 Command Tokens for the entire game, and can spend as many as you want per turn. Sometimes, you may be able to get more Command Tokens; example given was Sun Tzu.

* Lieutenant Order is no longer used to form fireteams. You must use the Command Token.

* In addition: Can use a Command Token to remove a unit from the Retreat state.

* Some Coordinated Orders will require the use of a Command Token and an Order.

For the life of me, I cannot find those buildings on the Antenocitis workshop website.

Is that a natural 21?

AW's main site links to a "Habitat Sneak Peak [sic]"
http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/news/habitat-sneak-peak-bow-weekender/

Additionally the BoW video says the AW terrain is 'brand new'.

The terrain probably just hasn't been put on the store yet.

Systema Gaming also just put their new MDF buildings for sale too.

A good time to get scifi terrain.

Those are snazzy, even if they're a rip on the micro-art studio stuff.

Maghariba Guard! Haqq gets to have the most awesomest TAG Do want. Now if they'll only re-sculpt the Tuareg...

To you guys posting these Rob Liefeld illustrations, Stop it! Or at least spoiler the hideous things.

So much Infinity Week goodness, and it is only Monday. I like the forest table. We use forest/trees quite a bit in my little group. Makes multi-terrain actually useful.

Did they mention where the trees are from?

I'm always on the lookout for more good sources for terrain trees!

Many of them are made by themselves. They have a video about it for the Backstage users.

As far as I remember, the new habs will be part of the upcoming kickstarter.

They're standard K&M trees.

Somewhat true, however the entirety of Infinity is a rip on a combination of Ghost in the Shell and Mass Effect. Both in turn were inspired by some incredible movies and artists that designed their looks.

Infinity came out in 2005. EA's DLC Quest: Space Iteration series first came out in 2007.

Especially considering the obvious and admitted anime influences, it's probably safer to assume that the game borrows concepts from cyberpunk anime in general rather than DLC Quest. Nobody is saying that Infinity itself is completely original. However, it is one of the few miniatures games that holds that art style.

The comments on the MAS terrain was basically comparing terrain with terrain. Blue Table Painting ripped off the MAS terrain and got a ton of flack for it. At least these other companies are exploring other aesthetics rather than outright ripping off like BTP did.

I, for one, am happy to see a variety of terrain-makers releasing products that are compliments for one another. I can use them alongside each other and it all fits.

It's a fairly 'classic' terrain company known for making products for model railroad enthusiasts.

As a Haqislam player who loves Doctors but also sees them accidentally use their pistol instead of their medkit a lot, rerolling healing on models with cubes sounds great.

Not sure if anyone has noted this yet: Carlos said in the first BoW video that rules and profiles will be available online on January 1st.

Command tokens complete the reform of Lt. orders. Re-linking a team not revealing your Lt. is a big relief (since using your Lt. order reveals them now).

Using command tokens to negate the POS state is also interesting. Actually trying to POS a TAG will eat through both your own orders and the enemy's command tokens. Could be a legit tactic for a horde force with decent hacker support (like a Nomad vanilla force maybe).

Man, I get more excited for N3 with every day.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

POS? I assume that doesn't mean point of sale?

Yes, although Haqqislam doctors tend to get out their euthanasia pistols somewhat less than other factions! This is certainly going to make doctors more effective (and a primary target if your opponent has one..)

In addition to the new Medikit Heal-Gun pistol, this has me excited for doctors. It's uncertain if this reroll applies to Medikits and Regeneration, though, but Haqqislam has plenty of both.

I wonder about those auto-medkit things several of my upper tier shasvastii units come with, could lead to some amusing rampages if those command tokens help them stay alive longer than even before.

Actually he said the new profiles would be available in the army builder Jan 1st, but that the rules would be available sometime in 2015.

So I just built my Mototronica scenery set from Icestorm, it's pretty darn nifty. And at just over 11 bucks at miniature market... I may just get another set!

Here's my unbox+build for anyone interested:

Its really nice stuff & super cheap.
Makes a nice table even for 4X4 too probably, but I like some taller elements.

Unfortunately it doesn't really go with the micro-arts studio apartments, Comanche bunkers, & Kum garage I already have :-/
