I don't now if this has been posted yet, buuut, DICES ARE COMING BACK! All of them: orc, human, skaven, gobbo, dwarf. And the skaven/dwarf pitch as well!

And the Orc and Human dice are new sets, not the ones from the starter box.



Personally I like the Goblin ones, good contrast there. The Human ones look alright, a little less contrast but should be alright. The Orc ones look atrocious and they apparently forgot that color blind people exist.

The Gobbo ones look great, the human ones are a nice colour but you're right the contrast is bad and... yeah... I can't fething read those red/green ones.

In general, I feel some of the icons on the new BB dice are too busy. At a recent tournament one of my opponents was using the new dice and on one block thought he rolled a skull-pow but it was actually a pow, meaning my player was actually knocked down. Very good contrast (such as on the Goblin dice) helps in this regard, whereas poor contrast does the opposite.

It is great news. So far it seems that GW gave up interest in money or have made a deal with ebay scalpers.

I paid about 9 times the original price to get the Skaven dice. I hope the new dice don't end up on ebay at that price again.

Quite a few changes! Old rumours originally had Gobbos and Death Zone Season 2 to be released in April. Seems like schedule is lagging.

Looking forward to all of these. I sincerely hope there will be enough to buy for everyone and that all will be available to buy online instead of Warhammer event (aka ebay scalp fest).

Also hoping there will be additional booster pack for humans, orcs and dwarves.

Gobbos will desperately need a new troll pose also, because the troll already released has such an unique pose it will look terrible having two of those.

The orc dice would look good on the snow pitch, christmas ornament colors!

But the goblin dice definitely look the best. Though they would only look right if your team is painted in those colors. Can't wait to see this sell out again before I wake up in the morning.

Sorry to jump in like this all of a sudden, but are any rumors of elf teams on the horizon? I gather that they're supposed to be released this year due to their appearance in Season 1...

Personally I'm going to stick with the blue white human dice from the starter as I've already painted my templates to match, plus replaced the d6s with white dice with blue pips so I stop grabbing the wrong dice.

Yeah, it certainly looks that way. It seems like a huge waste of a printed book. Why not release a PDF with the team rules and wait until you have enough substantial content to make a book that is worth printing? This is course speculation, as I haven't seen Season 2, but it just seems odd to release a printed book that includes a whole of one new team.

I would expect another 7 teams in season 2. Season 1 has elf and nurgle teams which are yet to get dedicated models so no kit does not rule out new rules.

That is not a list of what's included in book! That is a list of new physical products to sell.

The book may very well include the rules for a bunch of teams (same amount as last or more/less). Reprinting teams is not very interesting as they are the same as they've been for years. We may see the return of the Wizard. We may see a modified Gobbo team. Other teams may have changed. We may see new league rules. Maybe they include some of the rules they've released through White Dwarf, pdf or other channels. Could be a couple of new star players in that book too, along with several old ones.

Goblins are part of Orcs, which is a starter box team so it makes sense they get models. Might as well make their team box while you're at it then for the low hanging fruit.

Hmmm. I'd like to go Gobbo but I've only played a March of BB. Maybe I'll start with Dwarfs and work my way up to Gobbo.

I don't know, I've seen treemen successfully leap over someone with tentacles, anything is possible

Oh yeah, any Treeman that manages to roll a double gets Jump Up first, but leap is hilarious too.

If only there was a way to unlearn 'skills' like bonehead…

Agreed, it should be possible once they hit 100+ experience as they become stars.
