Subject: World Championships of Warhammer Preview Live! 2025 - 7 November 7:30pm EST
We’re coming up to the end of the year, and so the World Championships of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 Grand Narrative are rapidly approaching. People from all over the world will be descending on Atlanta, USA for a weekend of immersive Warhammer gaming. Even if you are not one of them, there are reasons to be excited – we can smell a preview in the air…
That’s right, the last major Warhammer preview event of 2025 is coming in less than two week’s time, and we have some big reveals for a wide range of systems.
We’ll be taking a closer look at the much anticipated Warhammer Quest: Darkwater, as well as upcoming releases for Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, Legions Imperialis, Warhammer: The Old World, and Necromunda.
Those of you joining us in Atlanta will be able to watch the World Championships Warhammer Preview in person, while the folks at home will be able to watch along live. Tune in on the 7th of November at 7:30pm EST – for those of you in the UK and Europe that’s a late night live treat at 12:30am GMT on the 8th of November.
We’ll also have extensive live coverage here on Warhammer Community, including all the giant pictures of miniatures so you can spend hours poring over the details of every pouch, buckle and bubo.
We’ll see you back here on the 7th of November, with a mountain of new stuff.

End of the year ones can sometimes be nice and chunky so as much as I really hope for lots of focus on the new Warhammer Quest, I hope that there's some nice chunky updates for the other games too.
LI is going to be interesting to see where they are going with it - new faction; upgrade sprues for titans; new stuff for existing factions - lots of things they could do
No, just that there was concern that it went to a compendium so soon and worried that GW would reduce support for the game. We'd all been to that rodeo twice before with AT and AI...
So a new preview for LI is welcome right now.

Necromunda Hive Secundus was released in July 2024. Time for a new box for us to complain about and claim we're never going to buy, yet still do.
Or maybe they'll just announce when the Palanite Enforcers are getting their weapon upgrade sprue.
New gangs are always welcome. Especially if it's Ratskins or Scavvies. I've been waiting for Ratskin Renegades since the current Necromunda was first announced. I never bought into the whole "GW will never make Ratskins because it's culturally insensitive" spiel, though they're still to be released so there may be some truth to it. My thinking is if they can make Redemptionists then they're willing to make anything.

I am pleased to report that I have in fact managed to not buy that one, after buying Ash Wastes and never putting a single dab of glue on it..

The old meta is dead and the new meta struggles to be born. Now is the time of munchkins.

I didn't buy it either (did pick up Ash Wastes and Dark Uprising), though came very close. I think if the board had been an actual board and not a piece of paper I probably would have pulled the trigger by now.

I wouldn't mind Hive War nor Hive Secundus - but I've just not put enough time into Necromunda to justify starting another gang nor getting me Escher bulkd up with more gangers.
That and whilst I would like some mutated Tyranids, its basically all I want from Scundus
I might have bought Secundus had GW put the effort in with a follow up solo-coop book. Points for it's nod to the Renegade campaign for Space Crusade...

It’s the last big preview event of 2025, and it’s covering a wide range of systems. Take a closer look at the stuff in the hold of the plane – are there some clues as to what's going to be on show?

It's also Bonfire Night today in the UK, which is the main day of the year when fireworks are set off here, so it may just be a nod to that, handily providing a little red herring.

HH still waiting on Breachers and Cataphractii kits. So expect to have some time taken up showing those more. Hoping for Javelins, Vorax, Charonite Ogryns.

I also wouldn't rule out the Glaive, given how quickly they did alternate loadouts for Cerastus knights.
LI could also hopefully see some combination of Fellblade / Glaive / Falchion...

Pretty sure it's not a red herring:
