Jake: They were a order of knights, but when the age of black powder came they learned to adapt to using pistols. Hence why they are called Gunslingers.

*About 4 seconds after Wade teles into the clearing a swarm of junkyard robots pop out of the floor and run at him*

*Cathy giggles and starts shooting at the robots*

N: Not that I cared what they said.

N: Are any of you familiar with these demons? They're not like the ones I'm used to.

*Santiago frowns and hesitates*
S: I don't like the idea of leaving Joalia alone. Splitting our group is already dangerous, but complete separation is not something I want to risk.

*Daveth glances back from where David came from and quickens his pace with David*

*Wade grins and opens fire on the robots, going for lenses (if there are any) and their legs/treads*

*Ra nods*
Ra: I know, but I'd just be outside. There's no other way in and I"d see anyone trying to get behind the waterfall.
*He shrugs*
Ra: Or Joalia could even sit with me. Regardless, I shall leave it between the pair of you on this


*Billy is slightly hesitant for about 2 seconds then begins dealing lead*


*Merg shakes her head*
Merg: No. That's why we need to find David. He might know what we're dealing with.
*Decides to keep her opinions on knightly orders to herself for now*

*The robots are all armed with blades and such so its very hard for them to get close enough to the gang to attack them*

*The robots are also very slow but have sturdy legs so they are relatively hard to shoot off*

*They also say stuff like "Ow" or "Oh no" when they get shot*

*Cathy can't help but laugh at the robots*

*Nero nods yet again*
N: Everything goes back to David. We'll have to find him soon, then.
*looks around the forest*
N: Anyone have an idea where we are?

*Santiago sighs*

*Wade fires on SMG at the robots, and the other at the megaphones*

*A large pile of scrap starts to shake making a horrid screeching noise*

*After the dust settles a 20 foot tall mech that looks like a cross between a super badass loader and a dreadnought*

*It has a giant yellow YES on the front*

YES: You ready to die!

TORGUE: NOW ITS TIME! THE BADASSES VS YES! FIGHT!

*Cathy starts shooting at YES*

*Jake shrugs*
Jake: No clue who David is.
*Keeps smoking his cigarette.*

S: Our next problem is cooking it. We can't do it in the cave, the smoke will choke us.

*He shots one of the cannons at Wade*

*Cathy is now shooting YES in the back*

*David manages to wrestle control, from Detheroc, but still limps at a slow pace.*

*His disabled cannon arm switches to a harpoon gun*

*He shoots one harpoon at Billy and fires his working cannon arm at Zoey*

*Billy grunts and staggers as the harpoon grazes his side*
*He clap one hand over the wound and fires his pistol loaded with more HE rounds at any joints he can see*

*Nero frowns slightly*
N: Is he possessed, or is he the demon?

*Santiago nods*
S: I'll clean and gut it. Can you destroy the scraps? I don't want the scent attracting anything.

*Wade gets hit in the chest by a cannonball, punching a crater through his chest*
DP: Aww come on! One thing after another!
*spits out some blood and goes back to shooting*

*Merg pauses, thinking on how to answer then looks over at Nero*
Merg: Both. He... died, then came back as a demon with a someone else riding along in his head



*Ra nods*

*Nero nods*
N: The demon possessing him, what's he like?

*Santiago smirks underneath his helmet*
S: Glad to hear it.
*kneels down and starts gutting the deer*

Merg: He's a donkey-cave. A Witch helped David to subdue him so I've not seen the demon side in quite a while...
*Thinks to herself that she hasn't seen David in quite a while either and is slightly worried*

*Jake nods, and keeps leading the group up river.*

*Yes turns his cannon arm towards Cathy and takes a shot, His upper half finally shuts down*

*Cathy jumps to try and avoid the shot but her leg gets hit and she falls to the ground*

*YES is starting to slow down because of all the damage he's taking*

*Billy grits his teeth*
Billy: I'll be fine...
*Keeps shooting as he moves towards Cathy and reaches down to help her up*
Billy: C'mon! Let's get t'cover!
*Still shooting though at a reduced pace owing the fact that it's hard to load a revolver 1 handed*

*Illidan and co. move, going somewhere with other people or something so BJ doesn't have to wait for me to post for Kara*

*One of YES's legs gives way and he falls to one knee, he continues shooting at Wade with the harpoon and Zoey with the cannon*

*Billy yells in shock and stares for several seconds before losing his temper*

*He turns to YES, face twisted from it's normal friendliness and openness*
Billy: YOU MURDERED HER! I'LL KILL YOU FOR THIS YOU MOTHERFETHER!
*Ignoring his own wound he charges at YES. He runs up to YES, slashes his torso as high as he can reach and shoves 3 grenades in the slash and pulls the pin on the middle one*

TORGUE: HOLY S**T! BILLY'S HIT F**K IT AND CHARGED RIGHT UP TO YES! THAT IS BADASS!

*After Billy inserts the grenades YES's torso pivots and he backhands Billy*

YES: I've killed loads of people! There is a reason I am the number 2 badass!

*Billy gets smashed into a heap of scrap and is buried under it*


*Merg & Gharn fight on*

*Nero smirks at the demons*

*fires off three shots at the demons before drawing his sword, Red Queen, and charging at them*
*uses his Devil Bringer ("gauntlet") as well, which summons a large, ghastly hand above Nero to swat aside demons (it mimics what the Devil Bringer does, it's not an independent entity or anything)*

*Wade stops at Cathy getting 'pooned*
DP: I fething warned you, melon fething inbred piece of rust!
*teleports right on top of YES and starts firing right down at him*

*It wasn't a problem to wait for you to post, Vanden. Not like I don't have the rest of my roster or anything. That being said, Illidan's group run can run into another group*

*Daveth frowns and looks around the forest*
*has a bad feeling, and doesn't move closer to the glade*

*Santiago looks over at Joalia*
S: How was it?

*YES puts up an arm to try and swat at Wade*

*He starts to lose his balance cus he only got one leg then falls backwards as the grenades Billy place go off*

YES: Gah no! I can't lose! I'm the number 2 badass!

*Jake keeps laying waste to the demons, and Eddie does the same.*
*Both keep close to Denny, more of Jake stays close to Denny, and Eddie stays close to Jake.*

*Wade teleports after the pod, firing as he goes*
DP: I ain't done yet. Get your ass back here.

*Daveth doesn't want to head into the forest, but decides it can't be worse than facing off against Detheroc's bro, and he follows after David*

*Gandrea doesn't trust the greenness, and leaves Elise and Daveth behind with David, and moves into the Green*
*One of her hands is on fire as she looks for anything that shouldn't be there, like anything alive*

*Yes screams in pain and covers his new stump*

*The man starts to get woozy from all the blood loss*

*raises the shotgun and fires it at Yes' head*
DP: Let's go grab Billy, find Cathy and get the feth outta here then.

*Yes smiles for a second when Wade lowers his gun*

*He then screams in fear when he raises it. Then his head goes splat*

*Where Cathy was pooned to the floor there is only a bloody harpoon and no more body*

*Billy groans as he regains consciousness and his aura starts healing him, bones grinding and shifting into place and cuts closing*

*Wade reloads his shotgun and watches Bully heal himself*
DP: Almost as good as me. But not quite. Keep tryin' though!

*Gandrea stares at the figure, while keeping her hand on fire*

*sheathes his sword and starts using his free hand to reload Blue Rose (still pretty fethin' fast, even one handed)*

*Wade pats the rubble that Billy's under*
DP: Hang on bud, just keep healing. I'mma go grab Cathy.
*skips towards Cathy and listens in on the voice*
DP: This is Sergeant Wilson, what is your position, over?

*Santiago puts an arm around Joalia and looks down at her*
S: We'll find others soon.

*Billy groans and mumbles, his voice heavily muffled by the scrap*
