I know that this topic has been coverd before, however after an frustration filled afternoon assembling a Deffdread I felt the need to rant a bit,so,what kits /minis do you at Dakka feel need to be done up in plastic
The ones I'd truly love to see are as follows.
1. Deffdreads/Killa kanz (every ork player I have spoken to would snatch theses off the shelf)
2. A plastic Warboss/Big Mek kit (similar to the chaos terminator lord kit)
3. A Daemon prince kit (complette with bits for the 4 powers, desighn it similar to the chaos spawn kit)

Half of the tyranid army, the only things that arent in metal are the troops the warriors and the fex, so that leaves, thropes, lictors, biovores, tyrant guard, tyrants, gargoyles, ravenors, broodlords it is almost impossible to go without buying some form of metal model if you are nids unless you are forgoeing the standard hq and fast attack for the properly equipped warriors and only taking fexes for heavy support.

We need plastic techmarines, those lower arms on the servo pack are annoying >_>
Also maybe a Master of the Forge so there are no more counts as techmarines.

Maybe Servitors as well.

Plastic Nuns with Guns would be at the top of my list followed very closely by embiggened plastic Mega-Nobz.

Even at that though, I can't really complain about Orks and the lack of plastics when there are other armies like Witch Hunters, Necrons and Tyranids which would get far more benefit from plastics, especially for the high model count units.

Generally speaking though, it's usually a good thing for the game when you can move a $8 - $20 per model blister into a $5 - $10 per model box.

I'd give my left stone for plastic SOB.

While plastic mega-nobz would be cool the fact that I am less then thrilled with their current incarnation (really only useful as a bodyguard for HQ due to their need to be babysat) and limited options for use that it would be sort of bittersweet...

I'd also really like to see a sweet plastic lictor kit with a badass evil killy looking lictor instead of the sad "retardagaunt" we have now...

I would have to agree with plastic sisters, and with plastic superheavies for acouple of armies out I would hope that other armies will get something too. I offhandedly asked a redshirt fresh from a staff meeting when the plastic Thunderhawk was gonna drop and I thought I was gonna have to give him the heimlich manuever as he choked on his burger.

Then, maybe slightly biased:
- Tyranids Gargoyles (why weren't these mentioned yet? because they suck you say? Wait for the new codex! )
- Tyranid Hive Tyrant (with wing option and stuff)
- HQ box for Eldar with parts for an Autarch and a Farseer

I always thouguht techmarines and masters of the forge had the same model; i.e there isn't a specific model for MotF.

I wish there were plastic Tau pathfinders with weapon options. The fact that I have to buy them in 2's and they're metal is the main reason i havn't.

Actually, yeah, someone mentioned it but I'll say it again:

Fire Prism.

You've got a top-heavy model with a large chunk of metal that doesn't blaance and makes it lean backwards and to the right (or left... whatever side the big crystal is one)... and then it's on one of GW's wonderfully pathetic tiny flying bases.

That thing needs to be a plastic kit. When they re-do Eldar I hope they do a Fire Prim/Firestorm or Fire Prism/Night Spinner combined kit, all in plastic.
