I'm quite interested in the battle missons book due next month. While we had a strong amount of tyranid rumors going roughly in the same time frame, i would like to know if their are any more/new rumors of this incoming book.

Thank you for your time

Sources suggest these too...
Space Marine Venerable Dreadnought
Ork Killer Kans
Ork Deff Dread
A Piece of Scenery
The Battle Missions Book (Duh)

That sounds about right for a month's worth of releases.

Chimera.

Someone mentioned basilisk,medusa,killakan,deffdread...and so on.

Most release in march would be on three races: SM,IG and Ork. The players of them is almost 70% of 40K players, is is correct?

Here are the prices, should be fairly easy to work out. Only tricky one is the orks:
<Space Marine plastic box code> £26.00 / US$43.00 / 35,00 € / Oz$72.00
<Orks plastic box code> £27.00 / US$44.50 / 35,00 € / Oz$74.00
<Orks plastic box code> £30.00 / US$49.50 / 39,00 € / Oz$83.00
<Imperial Guard plastic box code> £20.00 / US$35.00 / 30,00 € / Oz$55.00
<Imperial Guard plastic box code> £30.00 / US$49.50 / 39,00 € / Oz$83.00
<Scenery plastic box code> £15.00 / US$24.75 / 19,50 € / Oz$41.00

I'm not expecting much fron the scenery. Probably some objective markers or barricades or something.

The $49.50 one is probably the Deff Dread. I'm so wanting that already, and I've only seen the teaser picture. I can't wait to make up a Dreadzilla list.

It's belived to be the space marine statue or perhaps even, statues...

Not sure why you're expecting so little anyway, the planetstrike defence line cost less and contained some 2 feet(?) of barricades and a sizeable gun turret.

Fair point.

Just had a look at the prices of the GW terrain and after £12 things do start to get a little more interesting.

£15 kits include: Arcane Ruins, Chapel, Battlescape(Wrecked Rhino), Each COD Building, The Wood and the Modular and Normal Hills.

However, things get a lot more interesting at £18 with the Watchtower, Temple o' Skulls and Bastion....

I just hope it's not a Blastscape monstrosity.

I'm kinda hoping GW's played their whole "hiding new releases in plain sight" game again with the 'NidDex and that some of the (many) painted capillary towers and/or spore chimneys from the 'Dex are plastic and not FW resin...

I briefly saw the Feb white dwarf at my local club this past wednesday and sadly the inside back cover had none of the new models on display. :(

I didn't really get a look at the rest of the mag but I presume if there had been any pics they'd have made it onto the web by now.

Hmm... plastic nid terrain would go rather nicely with the dex, no?

Terrain wise, I think the Space Marine Statue makes the most sense, as we already have pretty much all the buildings covered, and like the Aegis Defence Lines, it's something most people would buy multiples of, giving it a decent potential sales volume.

Heard nowt about the kits beyond the new Chimera, Baslisk and Deff Dredd, but having said that Black Boxes are despatched in the next couple of weeks, so we should all know an awful lot more after that.

I was hoping that we'd have confirmation of the IQ tank variants being in the new Basilisk kit, but I don't think that's happened yet...

Which is making me nervous that the only 'new' thing in there is a missing accessory sprue...

I'm assured that the Baslisk is an entirely new kit, ala the Hellhound. Same general look, but otherwise new.

To clarify we ARE getting a "three pack" of Kans, plastic deff dredd and venerable dreadnought.

I'm afraid my lack of knowledge about ork weapon options prevents me from being too much help here, but you get a fair few options for rockets, close combat weapons/klaws, machine gun type things and so on.

So long it's in plastic and it fits together. The metal deff dreads and kans are a damn nightmare of putting together

Being plastic, I would be quite disappointed if we don't get the full gamut of options for a Deff Dredd, or at least two of each weapon for the more common loadouts (two gunz, to klawz).

Im surprised GW would only produce a basilisk when no one even uses them.. Yet produce a new demolisher kit with multiple options

Ain't that just the most insulting thing you've ever heard? And to think they have the audacity call it a "new release".

Considering GW track record I wouldn't hold my breath.
GW seems to think that every player mixes heavy/special weapons "Coz that is like really cool and smrt...and skulls."

No kidding.

What the hell are they thinking there?

Where are the other tank variants? You know, the versions people want to field?

So it is a recut of the Bassy so they can use the new Chimera frame and pull out the accessory sprue?

Wow. Talk about a screw job. Bet the price bumps up a little as well.

God, I love GW. At least you know what to expect from them.
