Nothing's popped up lately.
Perhaps you could press them for a few more details?
If not WHAT kits, than maybe for WHICH armies?
Though really, I'd guess CHAOS and maybe EMPIRE?
Wouldn't it be great if were for CHAOS DWARFS though?!?

I heard rumours about a plastic war mammoth a couple of months back but that was all they were, no evidence.
a dwarf zeppelin could be cool, as would an empire shoip (with bit's pack to zombie vampire it up!) That would be irrestiable to me even though i don't play warhammer!

Dragons and Daemons really ought to fall into it.
Interestingly, Jervis did mention in one of his columns about now being able to do such creatures justice, and the Fantasy Teaser article in WD366 promised things that needed to be seen to be believed.

Thats not a bad question.
After some pondering, im guessing if this is true
A big emperor dragon
Maybe a giant cannon (im thinking of the one that had a giant to load the cannonballs- was in storm of chaos)
Chaos mammoth
Dwarf zepplin
Maybe some of the beastmen things (jabberslythe, gorghor or whatever its called)

I bought one when it was first released for only $65, but in the end I was never able to come up with a build for the howdah that I liked and I didn't want to use the one that came with it. I also definitely did not want it to look like something just "borrowed" from LotR and I always felt it looked that way. Since then I've gotten a lot more ideas at scratch converting, but I gave the Mumak away to my son when he started playing LotR.
With all my other projects I really don't have time for something so low priority and so time consuming to convert, but a cool looking dedicated Warhammer Chaos Mammoth model would certainly get my attention.
As someone else mentioned here, it would also make a fun model for 40K. In fact, at one point I was thinking of using the Mumak as a counts-as living Chaos Land Raider till I dropped the project altogether.

There are other things mentioned in the new Rulebook when it covers the forces of the various races, including stuff I've never heard of, like Clockwork Griffons (I think, don't quote me!) for Empire etc, so perhaps that sort of thing.
Plus I really want a Great Fire Dragon, as I intend to abuse Lore of Beasts to the full!

keep your eyes on the backgrounds in the paintings. Ork seige towers and empire floating battle tower things are in some of the new artwork! From the size defference between them and the pegasuses(pegasi?) flying around them they would deffinatly fall into a 'super-heavy' category!

Unlike the General's Compendium, I have heard that there is nothing specifically naval related in the new WFB rule book, but the book is designed to encourage people to try out creative things like that on their own.

Yes, I'd be inclined to agree here.
Not sure about them being £60 or more/less but I think "centrepiece" style large scale plastic kits sound quite plausible. I guess in some ways this is really just a continuation of the plastic kits -- stegadon, screaming bell etc etc-- that we've seen thus far.

I only heard of the new Forge World Fantasy branch and its plans for big models. But looking at the new templates and the first looks at the new book, I would not be surprised if they do more awesome stuff. Looking though the artwork for Warhammer Online might be an inspiration of what might come. Think of Empire warmachines like rams.

The Castle and Manor House are both good kits, although a proper fortified Keep would be a very nice addition. Same with a proper palisade hilltop Fort.
