The Administrators and Moderators would like to welcome Kid_Kyoto to the the moderation team ranks.
Due to his overwhelming support of the Dakka Gallery he will be be the chief moderator and controller of that area of dakka, however he will also have moderation capability in the forums.
He has been trying things out the last couple of days, coming up to speed with moderation duties and abilities.
It took 6 and a half years but finally the campaign has been successful...

A big thanks goes out to all the 'work' Kyoto has done for the site in general over the years past, especially in the area of the gallery recently where he's practically been doing moderation work ad-hoc (letting us know when something was iffy in the gallery), it only made sense to make him a mod so he could take care of these problems on his own.
Since his 'specialty' is the gallery, if anyone has any (non-techical) questions or issues with the gallery, he's the best person to PM about it, although any moderator or administrator will work as well.
Thanks again for everything you do for the site Kyoto and gratz!

Excellent!!! I was wondering if this was coming! It's great to see it has finally happened  . Very well deserved Mr. KK!!!
I do have a confession to make- for a long time, I was confused between Kid_Kyoto and Kilkrazy. Both double "K" names, both with japanese-type avatars, both with a witty style of posting. The thing that made it easy to tell was that Kilkrazy was a moderator... now I'm going to get confused again!
Unless Kid_Kyoto goes back to his "snowpocalypse" avatar... that was unmistakable
