Subject: What Mythological Creature Would You Be?

If you had to choose a creature from a cosmology that has existed (sorry, no made up critters  ), what would you choose?
A unicorn? A transformer? A transformer that turns into a unicorn?
What would you be?
And don't forget to explain why!
Note: My definition of mythological is anything with any sort of extraordinary ability that cannot occur in real life. For example, a person who breaks his leg. A cleric can and easily knit it and set it with a spell that fixes it within minutes. A doctor bandages you up and you slowly heal via a natural process over months. A cleric is mythological, a doctor is not...unless the doctor was also a werewolf, in which case it is okay to call the doctor mythological.
And if there is a specific source your mythical creature comes from, please explain the source. For instance, if you were a cleric, would it be a Dungeons and Dragons version of a cleric? A True Blood vampire?

I'm playing a Changling in DnD right now. And the Norse mythology often had Odin screwing around in the realm of mortals in various forms, often a old beggar.
