Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

I might have written that wrong... but what I mean is if you could make flull-wise stats/rules for 40k models, what would they be?
for example:
Kriegsman:
ws 4
bs 4
s 3
t 3
w 1
i 3
a 2
ld 10
sv 5+
Wargear: Flak armour, Frag grenades, Bayonet, Gas Mask, Lucius pattern lasgun.
Bayonet: +1 attack
Gas Mask: treats ballistic poison weapons as normal weapons
Lucius pattern lasgun: the AP of the lasgun is 6
Special rules:
Hardened fighters: +1 ws
No Fear: same as ATSKNF
Loyal to the end: every member in an Infantry Squad has the Look Out, Argh! special rule
Got it?

If these in my opinion fitting and cool rules are to be introduced they'd better be appropiately priced but overally impressed.
However i think the WS bonus is redundant, and the order thing unnececary, the test is not because of loyalty, but of clearness in the orders, failing it meens the orrders were vague and unusable.

I'm not. I'm pointing out that you're trying to give stupid buffs to already rather strong units in a non-precise D6 system, by showing waht that would mean for a unit that is canonically stronger in almost every way than your beloved Space Marine.

A Splinter Rifle is strength X. It always wounds on a 4.
Make it so that poison ranged weapons have to re-roll rolls to wound.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Why would a combat-oriented sub-species be frail enough to die/surrender from a single broken limb? I'm not saying they're better then a Space Marine (I think 3W is a bit of a lowball estimate imo), but they're certainly tougher than a regular guardsmen (due to millenia of evolution and notably better armor). I felt it'd be more appropriate to take this into account with 2W instead of a 3+ Sv (Since that'd be almost marine power armor). For example, I'd also give the CC-focused Kroot a 5/6+ Sv and 2W or T4/5 (Due to tougher physiology), but not both.

I don't actually understand that why would an fire warrior have 2 wounds? If an normal man has his leg blown up then id guess that he would incapacitated by the pain and would be unable to fight further. Space marines are bionically enhanced warriors and ive seen in pictures and fluff that if an space marine would have his arm tored off, he wouldn't scream. Instead he would continue to fight, the pain would only fuel his rage even further. And according to the fluff that the tau firewarriors have an crappy BS because they're unable to concentrate properly to their targets since even an damn bird flying around would distract them. Try to keep watching an target when in battle, when theres an billion other things flying around you. For an tau, this is multiple times harder.
