I get onto DakkaDakka by opening my FireFox Browser and clicking on the link for DakkaDakka.

hmm, I got here when i was looking for landraider ares builds and found Santa Cruz warhammer, whom i loved and still do, and they mentioned teek's orks so my little mind thought "orks! me wants to ee pruddy orks!", lurked for a couple of months joined up, never looked back, ill be honest OT is like home to me.

I created an account.

I found it on google and liked it.

A gaming buddy kept checking dakka and I lurked for about 6 months as I couldn't work out how to join.

Then April 25 2000 I joined up to give news of upcoming FW product I'd seen in the studio when Jervis showed me around.

I looked around for w40k forums, then got linked from Miniwargaming to this, tada!

I was trying to find the soundbyte of an Ork shouting "dakka dakka dakka dakka" from DoW, and google guided me here. Not at all what I was looking for, but here I am.

I typed "Warhammer 40k" into a search engine, probably Yahoo, when I was 12.

I found it on Lexicanum when I was getting back into 40k.

The first Ard Boyz. I came on here to prepare and posted some godawful army lists.

many, many moons ago I used to frequent the store Dakka Dakka in NH. I played in a BFG tourney and won best painted, and they told me about their web site where they would have pics. I logged on to see, and have periodically lurked on Dakka Dakka in its many varied forms over the decade...I only started posted about a two years ago, since my work allowed me access!

I was a lurker for like a year before I finally joined up.
I found it googling.

Way back, the league standings for the Dakkadakka store league were posted on the website. I was in the league, so had to go to the site in order to see how badly I was getting whipped by Mannahnin and the other guys who played there this week.

Then I stopped playing 40k when I moved away and came back to a completely new board a little while back.

I actually was in my Senior Year of high school, was making my own 40K website for a school project, went looking for pictures for backgrounds, and was lead here through a picture link.

Probably the best thing I got out of school, to tell the truth....

When I first got into Orks, I was doing a google search for warbosses, and saw a link to a dakka thread of Jamsessionein, doing a step by step of his super huge badass warboss humongous or whatever it was called. So I figured Id post saying how cool it was. 11k posts later, here I be
