Dirigo Hobbies, ME.
16 players

1st place, mech guard with 9 Leman Russes.
2nd place mixed draigo wing
3rd place blood angels mech

My friend Erik placed first for the third year running, this years list featured 3 demolishers with plasma sponsons, 3 executioners with plasma sponsons, and 3 LRBTs with lascanons. 21 plasma canons in a tourney dominated by MEQs is apparently a winning strategy.

My other friend mike scored second with a pretty balanced draigowing list with palladins and GKTs supported by a plane dreadknight and 2 land raiders.

I didn't know third places list. I came out ahead in VP in every mission and in KP in 2 of them (tie in the second). I would likely be winners circle were it not for a spate of bad luck lining up against 200 orks in the objective mission and having a terminator squad vanish when i rolled eight 1's out of 16 dice. Ended up getting massacred because I only had my home objective and he had some great rolling with nob leadership tests to lock me in combat preventing me from contesting (dude has magic hands).

the armies as I remember them,
3 gray knights
1 IG
1 ork
1 tyranid
1 salamamders
1 space wolves
1 blood angels
1 ravenwing balanced (me! 3 battle points from getting a ticket D: )
1 black templars
2 ultramarines
2 deathwing
1 chaos demons

Not sure on my store's results(had to leave soon after game 3 to feed my dogs) but I know I didn't make Top 3, but someone(I believe he may have been Wrecking Crew) there was talking about your Footdar before the event began, Reece.

You're famous, even in Colorado.

Famous for 40k? Hahaha, that's like being a Z list celebrity! Oh well, it is flattering that anyone would discuss that at all.

Yeah, I had guys saying they'd bring counter lists to footdar if I played them, so I decided not to.

Nah, I went with my BA Dread Bash. In hind sight, the Air Cav probably would have been better, as the BA list has problems with AV14 at range and I faced two 3 LR armies.

I'll probably upgrade the army and do Air Cav next year, assuming 6th doesn't ruin it.

1 - Mech Guard
2 - Razor/Venom Spam Dark Eldar
3 - Mixed MC heavy/ horde Tyranids

The Mech Guard had 2 Vendetta's, 6 Hydra's, 2 LR Executioners with plasma side sponsons, 2 Devil dog's, 2 Plasma Sentinels, 2 Masters of Ordinance and a tonne of veterans with meltas inside chimeras.

Dark Eldar had max'd out fliers split between raiders and venoms, 3 ravagers, 1 Incubii, 3 wyches, 3 warriors, blasterborn, and Vect.

Tyranid Player had (approximately, he used so much green stuff to modify the models it was difficult to know everything at a glance) 2 Tervigons, Genestealers, Ymgarl Genestealers, Doom of Malantai, 2 Trygon Primes, and a tonne of gaunts/gants. Most of his army had toxin sacs.

It was a good tournament as far as 'feel' goes; a lot of laughs and few arguments. The tyranid player deserves special props because he had 2 terribly difficult (Eldar, Dark Eldar respectively) games in scenarios 2&3, but won in the end through superior foresight and maneuvering.
