Librarians go with the centurions and drop in using the wolves pod, the dreadknights shunt in behind.

I like that list. Simple, to the point, and probably effective.

It's too bad you included the '4 different units' restriction. Here's the list I want to try:

Space Wolves (1750 pts)

Drop Pod (x50) - 1750 pts

Space Marines - Clan Raukaan
Chapter Master - Bike, AA, Melta Bombs, Digiweapons, TH, LC, Gorgon Chain - 275pts
Librarian - Mind Forge Stave, Bike, Level 2, Digi, Melta - 140pts
Librarian - Bike, Level 2, Digi, Melta, Axe - 125pts (X2)
Librarian - Terminator Armour, Level 2, Axe, SS, Digi, Melta - 140pts (X2)

Centurion Squad - 3X Grav Cannon & Amp + Omniscope - 260pts

Space Marines - Iron Hands
Chapter Master - Bike, AA, Digi, TH, Melta, Shield Eternal - 265pts

This leaves 30 points to play with.
The two Termi-libbys fish for Fire Shield, then go Bio. (Only one of these need it)
All other libbys on Bio and pray to the dice gods you get Endurance (for the 4+FNP and EW), then hope your WL trait is +1 to your FNP roll from Clan Raukaan. This gives the Chapter Master with the Gorgon Chain a 2+ FNP. Both CM tank the wounds in this, if you get Life Leach that's even better.

Alternatively, drop the termi-libs and the Cent Squad and add 4 more Librarians on bikes.
Then fish on Bio for Endurance and Life Leach. Run as one big squad, or two smaller squads, giving each 1 Endurance, 1 Lifeleach, and 1 CM.

Anybody can throw 42 wraiths or 7 riptdes on the table, that's why I asked for at least 4 different units,

Whoops didnt read at least 4 units, in that case:
Dante
5x fragsos in drop pods
2x furioso librarians in drop pods

Dante does his thing against the biggest HQ threat, then the fragsos come down for a fun first turn shreadding of the biggest threats, furilibbies start on the field and go after anything t5+ with their forceweapons. ID'ing everything without EW, first turn alpha of 15 flamer templates, 10 at s6 with rending, at any target i want and then i have 7 AV 13 walkers to assault with, as well as dante to troll anything that isnt AP 2 and maybe bust open a tank when he drops in 1" away from it. However, if the enemy knew i was bringing walkers or has a fethload of vehicles (land raider spam) it wouldnt stand to do much after the alpha or during the alpha respectively. Drop pods wont do too much after they land but the extra stormbolters are useful sometimes. Falls flat against anything in a LOW slot (ex-HQ's excluded) due to only being able to wound it in melee.

Riptides but with some pathfinders, broadsides and that big FW battle suit for some variety.

As many Guardsmen that can fit on a table...

Anti MC: Pask, Vanquisher, attack bikes, kannons, weight of fire from the rest.

It may not appear that scary, but an Ordo Hereticus Strike Force:

1 Inquisitor (Ordo Hereticus, Divination)
1 Priest (Adepta Sororitas)
8 Repentia (Adepta Sororitas)
1 Drop Pod (Space Wolves)

Multiply that by as many points as you need to hit the limit and watch the drop-podding 4-attack rerollable 4++ S6 armourbane AP2 death maidens chew through absolutely any army.

I guess you should probably take a scout squad to prevent null deployment autoloss problems.

Each NDK with teleporter, heavy incenerator, heavy psycannon, great sword (about 230 pts in the new codex).

Remember at least 4 different units. 20 obliterators while singular are still the same basic unit.

Ah well, I just felt like breaking the rules and posting most likely one of the top 3 most broken lists there is.
