Well, the ATHENA is a complete scratchbuild also and acts as an Aircraft Carrier.
Here you can see her in full size, held by my nephew Florian

It has room for some gimmicks, like the painting sailors

have posted some of this before, its still a work in progress as im not great at highlighting so am practising on other models first

techically thats a charicter from final fantasy (i can't remember who, but im pretty sure its not cloud), but kingdom hearts is one of those weird games that jumbles all heroes together so its an easy mistake to make.
not that it matters much, just felt like setting the record straight.

Its Final Fantasy 7 Cloud, just all messed up (damn kingdom hearts....). Good conversion! Just personally not a fan of that "version" of Cloud
