I dislike having an order we have to go in. It seems too restrictive. That, and I'm barely ever able to stick to it: I'm either at the computer at the wrong time, or I've held everyone else up. It's fine to have as a guide, but I don't like it.

I agree, without the posting order (my idea in the first place) the whole thing would be a chaotic mess of ninja's contradicting the other's storyline.

I suggest we switch the order a little bit, instead of having a specific order we must go in, try not to go before everyone else has. Example: p-gray, Magnus, Castiel, Blap, Admiral, and Deadshot. Blap moves the rpg along, so does deadshot, shot they both post quickly. Castiel is away, and Admiral says to skip, so I post, in my post I talk to Admiral, so Admiral decides to post in response. Castiel then comes back and posts, and the only one left is p-gray. p-gray MUST post before anyone else posts again, or skip/go offline. Everyone have to posts before you start again, the order doesn't matter, there is no specific order, but everyone online posts before the cycle starts again.
