Dave all those crates are located on one of the few hirst arts molds I have! When I get the proper casting material I should cast you a bunch

Yeah, you can never have enough crates! Because in that pic, it was the first coat, and it was thin

I guess, just seems incredibly watery to me. I usually find that if you're having it pool like that you're spraying too heavily or the paint is too thin.

Oh yeah, I got a little heavy on the trigger too

Wow, It's been a while since I looked here Dave. You've been busy! The Nuka machines are looking great! Do you have it painted up yet? Glad you liked the Shotties and the bottles.

I've been pretty swamped here, lots of working. Not much down time. That is good, because during down time I really miss my wife and kids. 3 More weeks, and we should be moving them out here!

I might have some pics to share later in the weekend. Depends on if I am allowed to sculpt or not. Lots of old friends have been calling wanting to hang out.

OK what is the best mat varnish to use by the way or would you recommend

I mix a drop or two of Vallejo's matte varnish into some future and spray it on. The brands all seem the same to me.

that´s a seriously bruised and battered nuka vending machine... the slight pinkish hue i am not that fond of... but if you add a bit of a brown wash to it then i think you are heading to the finishing line...

Well weathered you should build a dented version as well, Thanks for the feedback but one question, does the future not create a shinny finish

1. All Nuka Cola machines are 200+ years old, they have survived the ravages of Nuclear Winter, and only 2 are still "Pristine" as far as we know.
2. It's not done yet -That was just the first shadow wash coats

Yep, the Cannon (6 pounder?) was rifled, I wasn't sure if they had rifled barrels in Infantry guns at the time of the Civil War or not?
