History: As an ex army and professional fencer, he worked with some mercs looking for lost vaults to plunder for treasures. Now he's out to find his wife, and kill whoever did this to his family.

"We've got another group, boss." The radio hissed as Felis spoke. "6, maybe 7, all female, mostly kids. Unarmed." "Bring them in. They look like they could use some help." "Got it, boss." Felis stood up. "Ladies! Over here! I'm here to-"

The sharp crack of the gunfire was earsplitting, especially on the eastern plains. The slug hit his calf, nearly cutting it in half.
"F**k, ugh, gotta make it to cover..." Felis was crawling, trying to apply the medi-kit as best he could. Raising the rifle, he could see there was a 8th person in the group. A male, with a small bore pistol. The women were laughing, watching the carnage, thinking he was a scavenger. Sick animals.

"I need a fire mission at 2-3-6-9, ASAP!" He raised his rifle and fired a nail, splitting the man's head in half, and blowing it up like a juicy watermelon. "Fire mission? Drydas, we don't fire on civs." "My god damned leg is F**king missing! I'm sure that THESE AREN'T CIVS."

"... Fine. But if those kids die, it's on your head." Another shot rang out. The children, or midgets, as he now noticed, has pulled out more weapons. The pseudo nail rifle split another skull. The group was advancing to fast.

"Where's that fire mission?!?!" "Hold on, Drydas, the mortar's loading..."

The midgets and women now had metal bats drawn, ready to pummel Felis into the ground. He pulled out his longsword, and swung it around desperately.

"You want some? Come get it! GRAH!" He lunged at the only woman left, slicing her arm off in a fine stroke of the massive blade. She fell to her knees, and Felis cleaved off her head.

"Felis, we're going to fire, but you are danger close! I repeat, you are danger close!"

"FIRE THE GODDAMNED MORTAR!" Screamed Felis, as more scavengers appeared, trying to kill him and loot his corpse.

After killing about 10 of the hundreds of men, gathered for miles, the ominous hiss of the mortar sounded. Felis hit the deck. It saved his life.

The next thing he remembered was him waking up in the infirmary, his Boss looking grim, and the intense pain in his arm. He blacked out, once again.

(chowder) When you finally come round you are lying on a classic infirmary bed, the green gel mattress is supporting you nicely and the exosheets are healing your calf and other wounds. As you get your bearings a blurry face swims into veiw, you try to croak out a greeting and an explanation but he cuts you off

"They wernt civilians were they? What weapons were they using? did you see?"

He spoke in a voice that sounded like sandpaper.

"I don't know who they were, but they were well armed, well trained, and well funded."

"Good, good. Hit him with the sedatives."

No, no, no... He thought as his mind raced. His leg was healing, he was good, but his wife. Julia. He would remember the day she went to the vaults.

He passed out. The man nodded, and said, "Doctor, preform the operation."

Time passes slowly for Felis, he drifts in and out of conciousness for a week or two, he vaguely sees and feels something strange about himself, but in his sedated state he cant pin it down, finally he wakes up on his bed and realizes that for the first time in a long time, his mind is perfectly clear.

He looks down and gasps, the skin on his injured calf is green, he shudders and then follows his way up his body, his entire body is green, and small dots are flowing through it. He shudders again and sees something strange, the pattern ripples on his body, he raises his hand up to look at and sees not gree, but the bed next to him, in a warped pattern over his hand.

(you know have active camoflague, it is effective while you are rested and well fed)

(you cant however turn it off and on at will, its their all the time, also you will need to eat more often because of the drain on your system)

he left clapping on the shoulder of gaz( with that he installed an litlle microphone that is undetectable as it is now in the jacket inplanted yes inside the jacket)
and with that he went to the animal and began skinning it singing an old hunters song.

after the skinning was done he stood up

"i see many of ur men are wounded. do you have a medic because i have some skills. you learn some stuff in these wildlands."
he smiled at the man with an warm expression

Log stands up, as we were all sitting down to talk.

Log gathers the engineers and exams their wounds.

A few of the engineers are sporting plasma wounds, but the majority are hits from ak's, its going to take quite some effort to get everyone patched up

(ok cause i thought you could learn many things in a assasins training. what about i let you choose were it hits and i just say he fires then the op lowers a bit right?)

"damn this looks kinda hard to patch up" he said when examining the wounds. "i cant help ya sorry"

"i can help the most of you with basic equipement as i am not a proffecional medic just a hunter."

as all the men were patched up he went to logg

"are you guys coming with me to my camp or will you stay here i think its safer if you come with me cause there may be sleepers searchiong for their "friends". "

(ok nocturne/vulkan/log) As you head towards the bringers camp you notice that he is taking routes through trees and scrub that by rights shouldnt exist, you realize that you are walking through holograms, as the rest of the group finnally gets to the place you see a large clearing, at one end is a small hut made from rough hewn timber. A small fire is crackling and several glow cubes are set up around the place. At the back of the hut there is a large bolted and locked door set into the ground.

A scream pierced the night air, bringing Nicholas up with a start. He jumped out of his bed and grabbed his shotgun, and headed outside into the dark.

The lack of lamps in his side of town added to already disturbing circumstances. Another scream flew through the air, and Nick headed towards it… hoping that he wasn’t too late.

He raced through the alleyways, his heart thumping.

He saw 2 figures in front of them. A man over the dead body of a woman. The man looked down as Nick approached him, his face concealed by shadows.

“Haha, you are too late, Nicholas…”

Falco prepped the Helicopter for launch as his brother finished loading the equipment. As soon as he was ready he looked at his brother and asked him if he was ready. Jason replied with a thumbs up, and then hopped in.

"Okay were ready to go. We'll check the dark part of the city, nobody will care about the helicopter there, and we will almost definately find somebody to help us. We'll just have to look out for vigilantes, the place has a few there, and we'll arouse suspicion if we see one."

"Good idea, lets go."

(nocturne) everyone begins to set up small huts etc and get all ammo/weapons sorted, a small tent is set up for the severly wounded.

(Bringer) (nice) the town around you is built in an old style, with architecture from before the fall (lets call it the fall from now on (its the plague)) the man infront of you is wearing robes of pitch black bioform, (this new material is somewhat like lycra in chemical makeup but looks like wool) he grins and steps back into the shadows, dissapearing from sight

(shas) As the chopper flys up into the night sky you and your brother begin to use some scanning equipment to monitor newband radio waves for signs of black market comms.
