We have got a little Prussian and British fleet each to try the game. We went a bit mad and started grabbing this and that and ended up spending nearly £100.
The rule book looks top quality, also if you buy some of the box sets you get a sheet of counters to cut up so that means no photocopying stuff out the book.
The Prussian zeppelin aircraft carrier is a brick of a thing and looks great. The Prussians belong to the wife, I went with the home nation.
In the next couple of weeks I hope to undercoat them and then we can try out a game or two!

I hate to say it Howard, but that is about the worst match up in the game right there. Prussians are a little on the strong side overall, Brits a little on the weak, and then the styles of the two armies let Prussians make short work of most Brit fleets.

I would disagree, Britannian torpedoes mean you can fire much more at a longer range than the Prussians. True the Prussian lay down a much bigger threat at close range with the guns and boarding skills but it's not a given. Britannian Dive bombers with their additional Ack ack can attack Prussian Tiny Flyers with impunity and then go on the ruin a ship's day.
I have found my Prussian airship carrier to not be a huge amount of use though. Got myself a Magenta class which will take its place in the next engagement, see how that does.

Says the Prussian player...
But no, the Britannians aren't bad per se, but they do suffer from having a naff Battleship and Cruisers. A lot of their other units are very nice, and as said above, can do some nasty damage at long range with massed torpedo fire.

I really do like the Kingdom of Britain models.

I am looking forward to picking up some Dystopian very soon.

Yeah, the really sweet previews are coming fast and furious from spartan! I really love the flying battleship themes the French, British, and CoA have.
Now where are the previews of my American sky fortress?

That Brittania flying carrier is awesome!!
I'm glad there is an alternative to the seabourne carrier because that thing is one seriously fugly pile of gak.
I'm in the process of trying to knock up a little Brittania fleet as a fun modelling project - judging by these, it's not going to be as small as I thought.

@PhantomViper: I forget the source (might have been something on d6g, may have been on spartan's forums, I can't remember ) but I think they said that they want to get the 'rulebook units' out first, i.e. they want to get all of the models that are in the rulebook into stores (which should be done and dusted fairly soon) before they start doing new forces, so you might be waiting a while I'm afraid...

It all looks good except for the huge Prussian blimp. I have the same issue with the smaller one too. They just don't look as steampunk as I'd like. I got over it once I played it though.
