@ Viktor........Thank you. The sarcophagus is my own creation from styrene sheet a head and two shoulder pads along with a pair of arms off a heavy bolter crew, and some green stuff. I will attempt a tutorial but my skills are limited on such things. I keep forgetting to take pics, just run headlong through a build as creativity grabs me.
Here are some more pics of it if they help to see what is going on.

i see... wonderful... the greenstuff working as a robe put everything together.... very cool!... i tried to figure out if you just had a SM body cut in half... but that would have been way too difficult to get straight... so i gather you had it sunken in two to three layers of sheat styrene then and then covered the possible gaps with GS? i think i will copy that eventually...and now that you mentioned the arms... you now i see that too clever!... i really love our comps.... there is so much originality to be seen and so much to be learned from each other
I love the comps too, they have made me up my game at every step. Still got long way to go to get anywhere near where I want to be. But the ideas and inspirational work done by everyone pushes you forward.
Thank you for the comments and I am glad you can see what I did. Hope it helps.
The idea is that it's a shrine constructed by the human settlers rather than an Imperial structure. Made to mark the hero that saved them, type of thing. I am hoping to have a lectern with a book, Possibly a glass case with his sword in it!!. And stained glass windows. Lots to do. Not enough time.

Dragons fear nothing, if it acts up, we breath magic fire that turns them into marshmallow peeps. We leaguers only cry rivets!

Some pics, pretty much self explanatory, second coat of sand and added some more broken plaster, tried to take the "squareness" off the end wall, Then some windows, these are still WIP.
Those are good looking windows, and will give the whole piece "atmosphere"

NerdFest on here has a tutorial on how to paint pretty realistic marble effect and its pretty easy to pull off apparently. You should check out his blog. Love the stained glass you made, thats pretty slick

Thank you guys. Nice to know I am getting some attention.
The stain glass is a frame of styrene box section sandwiching a piece of laminate pouch ( which was run through the laminator without anything in it. Very cheap form of clear sheet material.) I then painted my outlines in black paint, letting it build up a bit for effect. Then I used my old citadel inks and I also use "Daler Calli" calligraphy inks which give really rich full colour. Allow all to dry then carefully went over the black with runefang steel to try and make it look like lead. The frames can be anything you like from wooden to steel, to rust metal like mine. Trying for a tarnished brass come titanium feel. Not 100% at the mo.
Hope that helps, and please keep the comments coming.
So now for a wee update.
As I said working on window frames, Thoughts and hints helpful.
Interior walls.
And relic sword for display in shrine.
Thank you for looking and please leave comments, criticism and helpful hints, they are always welcome.
Cheers

I need to injure myself more often. (twisted ankle playing football (soccer) with the kids.) more pics of where I am at. The windows are not glued in yet. Some detailing to do around before slip them in permanently.

I found tin bts, then dry brushed first in dwarven bronze and a final dry drush and highlight of shinig or burnished gold with a chestnut ink wash seems to do the trick, but for brass/bronze to look tarnished, I used some dry brush/stipling of rotten flesh with Thrakka wash for a patina effect

that sword...did you cast that yourself? it looks clear resin to me? and also very good looking with a bit of a katana vibe to it...
the dio is developing really fine!... the windows... thanks for the how to on these...that something i need t try for sure... i love these windows! and don´t use that term too liberally!!!
also in your earlier update there is one pic not really working for me...??? about the interior walls...
oh...and i hope you get better soon... a sprained ankle is nothing hilarious at any point... one feels really dependant on other peeps then as hopping around doesn´t solve anything rather puts the good feet under even more stress.... which very well could lead to other illnesses on the good one...so... take rest... cool as you see fit and regain your limbs to the amount of strength as they have been before!!!
@ SelvaggioSaky. Thank you sir, and you are welcome. I am honoured to be able to advise any of you.
@ shasolenzabi. Thank you. going to try this. Kinda have tried it a bit. I got a "chestnut" Metalic that I have put over the metal work. Look see what you think in upcoming update. I am not 100% if it's exactly what I want. I have a vision in my head, but its not quite there in reality. Your advise is most welcome, and I will try a few test pieces to see if they get me there.
@ cormadepanda. Thank you sir.
@ Ruglud. Thank you, now get on with it, especially as you did this to me.
@ Viktor von Domm. Thank you. The sword started as a small length of acrylic rod, I "dremeled" it down to that state. Hoping to make it "glow". Please see update and let me know if walls are better. Please expand. What's not working? Do you not like the colour?
Please keep up the critique and the comments. Update coming up.

OK try again. ( Tried twice to upload this and failed)
Small update.
And Question.
Green? Do it add moss and vines, or leave as desert, maybe some dead twigs?

Spoiler:
Thunderfarter Da Turd looked down at this latest victim. So the Hummies wuz back den!
His Waagh! was growing. Now hundreds of thousands strong, across the planet. His Mechs had started work on the ships to take them off world, and spread across the galaxy. The war machines where being built in their hundreds now. Snaggerz new-fangled factory was working flat out making bikes and koptas. Un-natural orkz flying, but many of the boys liked it, he suspected because they got to the fight quicker, little buggers.
Why wuz the Hummies back again? They wuz not clever enuff to find the true resources of this planet! Been here before and never found nuffin!
Got enuff to deal with those bloody bugs in the south, and those bloody blue skins to the north. Why the hell the blue skins was here at all was a mystery. They struggled bad with no water about. Maybe they found the northern wells? Better investigate that. Now the Hummies wuz ere they would attract all the rest. Probably have dem dare spiky Hummies soon too. Mind you I like the spiky ones, they got funny friends who give you a descent fight at least.
Oh well better go wake da boyz up, fightin to be had today, maybe he would try dis flying malarkey, get in there among da ladz again.
The giant ork warlord glanced once more at the Ultramarine scouting party below looking at the shrine. The grey haired one looked tough, like he may put up a bit of a fight. At least there where some in tins this time, they last longer than the small ones. But the small ones had toy’s for Snaggerz.
He turned and stroud back down the hill towards the camp. He looked at the group ahead. Maybe he should not wake them. He could go have some fun before breakfast. There was only a dozen hummies over there and the two hundred ladz here, would not have enough to go round!
“Nah. Da boyz gets feisty if I don’t let dem fight.”
“WAKEY WAKEY, RISE AND SHINE YOU MANGY DOGS, WE GOT SOME SPORT BEFORE BREAKFAST……..”
I used the technique for ork armor and then the patina for some beastmen as I did mixed rusty armors on them
