Sorry for the slight conversion of the Goddesses' mental contact, but the Daragon have extensive mental safeguards and telepathic protocols to prevent random incursions...seeing as they have developed as a race psion abilities it has become part and parcel of their existence, that and a 8 lobed brain , but contact is now established.

Usually very slow to react due to the inefficiencies of the parliamentary system (Heaven help you once they get the ball rolling though.) Often feels a need to help out other civilizations who are less fortunate, often getting bogged down in other conflicts.

It will take one day thats one map tile to reach it unless you are there with it in your home system. Otherwise. Two weeks (1 year ic) to colonise any planets. it has been suggested to make prc sheets, which detail each races skills and such to make certain when two pr's collide, one side doesnt manifest some godmoding power. I will work on a draft starting now, opinions?
