It is designed that through an undisclosed combination of skills through averages, we find a percent chance of success for any race. In this We take our percent chance and add in a a racial bonus skill. The final percent is how prc combat say between me and another prc would fight. To stop the silly nuh uh you missed my ship i now shoot my oober death weapon and blow up your entire planet in one sentence.

That ship the Russians have only one of? It's a reference to the Götterdämmerung, except even more ridiculously huge. Like, the 15km battleships of the Imperium would scale to it similarly to how the smallest of the earth ships in the movie scaled to the Götterdämmerung. That being said, it represents such an investment that they're very reluctant to ever get the thing going for fear of losing it. And a ship so large as to disrupt the tidal process of any planet it parks in orbit around is kind of bad at planetary conquest.

Sorry for not posting earlier but i wish to take a hiatus from this RP. I still think it's pretty neato but haven't felt in a very RP mood lately. I will certainly make a return at some point, as i am intrigued by many of the races that have taken to the galactic stage.
