I would like to make a 7th company loyalist Death Guard from the Hersey era.
I would convert "Straight Arrow Garro" with his trademark bionics and weaponry and armour. All of my tactical s would be FW Mk.2 and Mk.3 heresy armour all with matching heresy weapons. I would sprinkle in a few Dreadnoughts and a ton of devastators. I would also include a few FW heresy rhinos and Predators (vehicles would be kept to a minimum though due to fluff)
Finally I would ad some Vostroyansin as Imperial army support element with high tech heresy era FW tank patterns.
I would build it up to only 3000-4000pts as after that there in no practical reason to go any further.

I would re-create my Epic imperial guard army in 40K scale. Three companies of super-heavies, an artillery company, a leman russ company, and (here's the tough one) a Leviathan.
Oh, can't forget, two commissars.

I've always wanted to do a full traitor guard force led by small clusters of Alpha Legion. I would want to model them like a terrorist/insurgency force rather than professional soldiers, with each model looking as though he had looted his equipment from a Guard armory. Tanks and air cavalry would look much the same, and I'd want to have some sort of technical truck conversion standing in for chimeras. Alpha legionnaires would be stand-in squad leaders sprinkled through, with a couple of dedicated Alpha Legion squads. The mortal component might be led by some sort of cult magister type, reminiscent of Kane from Command and Conquer.
For me it was a full chaos renegades force using the FW conversion parts. Had shelved the idea completely due to cost, and then my wife walked out and suddely money was no object and I started the project. So I've been there and done that already.

If money was no object, i would recreate the whole 40k universe, all of the different armies, not just one army of ig fpr example, but all million of different regiments, companies etc. And the same to all other armies. all planets, the whole lot, would then hire every single commission painter in the world to paint all of the models, scenery etc, then would need to pay off some scientists to make a time machine, so that i could send the models back in time so that they would be ready the next day and also build an amusement park the size of a country to host the ultimate WH40K park where people. Could travel the galaxy and play games. This ofc if money or RL was no object.

I don't think anyone would want to use that bathroom as they'd fear that they'd get some kind of a contagion from that Ward mat... pun not intended.

Okay, barring any technology like holotanks, I'd basically tell GW, "You can keep the money if you create and release a proper update* for the Sisters of Battle within the next 2** years. Hell, I'll even give you money back when I buy the models and Codex when they come out!"
*"proper update" refers to a variety of new plastic infantry kits for the Sororitas themselves, a complete, relatively well-written and well-designed (compared to other 6th edition codices) hardback codex sold independently in the stores, with mostly new content along with new tellings of old content, at least 1 new selection each for Elites, Troops, Fast Attack, and Heavy Support, an equal cut of White Dwarf coverage and marketing, but I'll skip the written apology mailed to everyone who's ever bought a Sisters of Battle miniature.
**Timeframe is negotiable within reason.
And if I felt like playing hardball, I'd add, "And if you don't accept my offer, I will buy your whole fething company with that cheque and ram it into the ground."

I would want to build a Space Marine Striker Cruiser Hangar in 28mm.
So the Hangar would be about 8ft by 6ft and I would build it out of Zone Mortalis pieces. I could then put an Entire Company of Vehicles in their as bits of Cover, maybe a Transport Thunderhawk.
I would use it for Boarding Ops Games, Xeno's trying to engulf a Space Marine Cruiser. I would also model a Boarding Torpedo, a Mysetic Spore, and an Ork Kruiser at act as Boarding device for the Zeno's.
Obviously there would be lots of Imperial Fighters etc in there, *Think Battlestar Gallactica but with 40k Flyers!*
I would put in a small Apocatharion and a Space Marine Armoury etc, maybe a load of Sentinel lifters, lots of servitors and Vehicles under Repair.
Naturally it would be "Iron Hands" too.....
I've never seen anyone do a Full on Strike Cruiser Board.

Alright, I've thought it over, and extorting a new product line from a company that's giving me free access to as many of their products as I want, to have and to keep, sounds kinda crazy in retrospect. Also it makes me a smartass, which I come by honestly from my dad.
So instead of that craziness, I'd bulk out my Sisters with:
-a pair of all-plastic Exorcists made from Whirlwind turrets on the Immolator/Sisters of Battle Rhino chassis
-two or three extra transports
-more specials/heavies/superiors (for extra squads and variety of choice)
-official arco-flagellant models (for places which don't allow non-GW models)
-Daughters of the Flame from Privateer Press modified to use a pair of chainswords each (to have female "counts-as" arco-flagellants that aren't so icky-looking)
I would skip the Penitent Engines; much as I like their killiness, they're a real pain to put together.
I'd also bulk out my Imperial Guard with:
-a Macharius with twin battle cannons and a GW plastic Stormlord (both of which are because I love those models)
-fill out my collection of Leman Russes to have 2 of every turret weapon
-a pair of Medusas
-a trio Valkyries and/or Vendettas (not familiar with these things, but I like the models enough that I'd use em)
-a pair of Hydras
-enough third-party female Guardsmen to field a 1500pt tank/infantry list, plus enough extras to have some flexibility and convert tank commanders and artillery crew
And some more stuff for my other armies, too, but the power's about to be shut off so I gotta go!
