Actually, and I understand that you may have lost track with all the to-ing and for-ing, but CjRex actually claims to have your minis.

At this point, it is fair to assume that they are the same user, or that it makes no difference which is concerned.

If you haven't received a receipt, despite promises from CjRex that they would be posted, I suggest you now start to utilise all legal and moral avenues open to you in order to pressure CjRex into shipping the minis or at least getting legal recourse.

Tmo38 my real life friend, and close neighbor, has received nothing to date.

So it's been over a week since said package was sent, are norm and wreeper still working on getting the authorities involved ?

the tracking on the package has it arriving today. should arrive around 1 for me.

Somehow my carefully sorted and un assembled mini have assembled themselves, then threw themselves into the box and then broke in transit.

Shocking....

I plan to catalog and see what all is actually missing from my original shipment.

Everything is here (plus some extra broadside bits I believe.

Numerous broken antennas, several broken ankles on the crisis suits. Nothing beyond repair.

Still, overall a pretty gakky trader.

And him and his "friend" are the same, shipping addresses matched.

He did ship my product back to me, albeit in much worse condition.

If you do contact the IFL, please mention that one user still has not received their items back- tmo38. If CjRex does not respond here soon I'm going to ask Target if he can talk to the IFL about it, since we have his full name from the shipping addresses and also the email address used... so, if he's a gamer with the group, and obviously a younger person, hopefully they can talk sense into him about shipping back tmo38's items.

Now this is resolved (to a greater or lesser degree) I feel safe enough that I can post.....

This has been a pretty bad experience for everyone involved. I hope tmo gets his stuff.

Glad the wreeper got his stuff. Shame that it was all damaged, and not as described.

Has the rep list been updated? IIRC it was pretty much laid to rest last year in anticipation of a new system that hasn't been rolled out yet.

Edit: It was last updated in January. Its still a good resource for people who traded actively prior to 2013 though.

Even without it being updated it can still serve the same purpose. Just search "username +" in the swap shop and it brings up their entries.

Unfortunately not everyone reciprocates with a + even when a friendly reminder is asked.

Warboss is right, it was put into a dormant state this year in anticipation of a sweet new system... which Will be sweet, but just isn't ready yet!

For someone who had no feedback prior to this year, it will not be as useful. But, for someone that new to trading on this site, you will want to take extra precautions anyway.

That said- now that that is addressed, please keep this thread clear to allow tmo38 to try to recover his items from CjRex, as well.

Geez assembled, so cj rex was flat out lying. Or did the pieces randomly assemble in route.

We have all been on mail watch for tmo's stuff for a while now...... not a thing
